Yes they will. However, he needs to make sure he gets an accompanied tour. They'll pay your way and all goods. You'll also need command sponsorship to go over. I highly recommend that you let him find a place to live and get set-up before you go. It's really hard finding a place to stay and such if you travel with him. It won't take you long to go over if you wait.

if his Orders read Acompanied, then yes, the military will pay to move you and most of your belongings over there. You will be limited to 75% of the weight allowance normally granted to a CONUS move, and you may ship one personally ownded vehicle over as well. Plane tickets will be provided to all familymembers.
HOWEVER, some Duty stations do require the servicemember to go over ahead of time and secure housing before the family may join them. this sometimes can take as long as six months.
Additionally, all family memebrs must pass an Overseas screeing, get a NoFee government issued passport and a regular tourist passport. you cannot apply for a No Fee passport until you have orders in hand, and they are taking approx. 6-8 weeks to be processed. same with regular passports, although you could start that now and have one less thing to worry about. Adults are good for ten years, Children either 3 or 5.

Yes - the Army will move you and your entire household if your spouse is PCSing someplace where dependents are authorized. Dependents are authorized in Germany. There's a lot of stuff to do though to get you on your way... Check with the Army Community Services on your post for tips a guides and things for all the stuff you'll need to do to PCS with him...
Germany is AWESOME!!! If you go, you'll probably be there for three years or so... it's a hell of a chance to get out there and see the world and experience things you'll never experience anywhere else... PCSing is a pain in the rear end, but if your going to Germany.. .it'll be worth it!!!

Korea - family can go if it's command sponsored.
Germany - most times family can go.
Italy - same....
Iraq/Afghanistan - no.
Yes, the army will pay for you to move there. Most moves you actually make extra money on. Good luck! I'd love to go there!

Yea the Army will pay for it. But if the assignment to Germany is somewhere dependent restricted then you won't be able to go.
If you are, you will be on his orders.

Yes. Germany isn't considered a "hardship" tour, so family can go. On some tours (like Korea), family isn't allowed.

OH heaven yes. They will do everything for you. Pack you up, take care of the transportation, everything. Sit back and relax. Wish all companies were that generous with relocation's.
