I was in military intelligence overseas and personally it makes me mad when I hear muslims in the U.S. and abroad complain about George Bush and the U.S. Just an FYI if you are a muslim, I am glad that my time in the military probably contributed to blowing your muslim brothers in Al Qaeda to kingdom come. Oh and by the way, in the U.S. Military, our bombs are WAY bigger than yours and we can blow you up with them even if you are locked in a concrete bunker a hundred feet in the ground! Sorry about your luck.

Yes, I am glad that Saddam, as a bad dictator is gone. However, I have been wondering about the following facts:
1. Saddam managed to keep terrorists, especially Bin Laden's network away from Iraq prior to 9/11?...but why?
2. Saddam managed to keep Kurds, Shiats and Sunnis from fighting each other?...but why?
3. Bush lost control of Iraq completely (whether he admits or not) , managed to initiate hatred among Iraqis and subsequently a civil war?..but why?

Its a long and drawn out story, but here's the short version. I live in NY where 2 people had filed harassment charges against me in what was a very big misunderstanding. Once they found out the real story they no longer wanted to push the charges forward and don't want anything to do with the situation.

Now it seems, the ADA(Assistant District Attourney) wants to continue to push this forward even the the 2 people originally filing the charges do not. I've been told by a friend (who is a criminal justice major) that if the complainants don't want anything to do with it, she has nothing because she has no complaining witness. Further, he said I should file a motion for dismissal if she can't get a complaining witness. So...

Why would the ADA want to push it forward when the 2 parties said it was a misunderstanding and don't want to?

Is what I've been told true?

And what should I do next?

I don't think being a minority makes you a victim of anything except numbers. The only things I can think of that are truly discriminatory are things like the United ***** College Fund, Jet Magazine, Black Entertainment Television, and Miss Black America. Try to have things like the UnitedCaucasianCollege Fund, Cloud Magazine, White Entertainment Television, or Miss White America; and see what happens...Jesse Jackson will be knocking down your door.

Guns do not make you a killer. I think killing makes you a killer. You can kill someone with a baseball bat or a car, but no one is trying to ban you from driving to the ball game.

I believe they are called the Boy Scouts for a reason, that is why there are no girls allowed. Girls belong in the Girl Scouts! ARE YOU LISTENING MARTHA BURKE?

I think that if you feel homosexuality is wrong, it is not a phobia, it is an opinion.

I have the right "NOT" to be tolerant of others because they are different, weird, or tick me off.

Could I be arrested as an accessory? He was not arrested in the vehicle, but I'm not sure where it is now. He travels alot between TX and NC. We are in NC.

I have recently received a letter which I have not replied to,stating that what my husband said about them was tantamount to slander against her good character.
This person (in her sixties) was the friend of my brother-in-law(who died last year) he was a veryvery heavy drinker and she could drink too...so of course the amount of money he spent was thousands...he also gave her a few thousand whilst he was alive...nothing we can do about that..that was his choice. ..but basically she feels she is entitled to something..even we did not benefit from his money..it all went to his son as the law states because their was no will...tough thats the way it goes and we accepted that...but she keeps coming at us..in different ways to obtain money...can she sue us for slander because we stated she had already had money and she is saying she hasnt...we do have the cheque stubs and statements though.

It seems cut and dry for me... Clinton's impeachment was Divorce Court material... Bush's potential for impeachment would bring charges for many, MANY consecutive life sentences if not the Death Penalty--THAT would be ironic... the texan redneck president facing an ending that he drooled over for others as governor of Texas.

"Shirazzy Doo".
Why did the DNC decide to enslave my black brothers and sisters with social programs?

-No one seriously buys the above crap.

You need to shed the shackles of the entitlement mentality and work yourselves into the middle and upper class. Vote out the Liberals who promise you government cheese, when you can work smart and hard and have some Dom Perignon with that cheese.
Join me and other black people who figured out the DNC's plan and have seen through the lies. There is a great America out there, you just have to stop taking the handouts and find it!

-Absolutely not.If it were up to today's Republicans, segregation or MUCH WORSE would still be in place.

-Name ONE White Ultraconservtaive right-wing hatemonger who puts his hand to his chest and says "black brothers".?

-If its such a great Amereica out there,WHY the dishonesty?

-Sounds like Jimmy Swaggart, the slob, with tears running down his face.

The"enslavement" here is the Republican lies.Period.

than to say you dislike Mexicans in this country doesn't have to be a racist comment..being that the majority are criminals just based on those conservative figures. Mexican is not a race anyway. Latino and Hispanic are not races either they are cultural groups. The only real races are Caucasion(white), Mongoloid(Asian) *******(Black) and even those are BS according to most anthropologists

On the pretext of fighting international terrorism the United States is trying to establish control over the world’s richest oil reserves, Leonid Shebarshin, ex-chief of the Soviet Foreign Intelligence Service, who heads the Russian National Economic Security Service consulting company, said in an interview for the Vremya Novostei newspaper.

Using the anti-terrorist cause as a cover the United States has occupied Afghanistan, Iraq and will soon move to impose their “democratic order” on the Greater Middle East, Shebarshin said. “The U.S. has usurped the right to attack any part of the globe on the pretext of fighting the terrorist threat,” Shebarshin said.

Referring to his meeting with an unnamed al-Qaeda expert at the Rand Corporation, a nonprofit research organization in the U.S., Shebarshin said: “We have agreed that [al-Qaeda] is not a group but a notion.”

You know, every year when you get a statement telling you how much you have paid in, and how much you will receive today, or at retirement age? Then if you need to, you borrow against YOUR social security in the form of welfare. That way, it is YOUR money you are drawing (personal responsibility) and you could choose to replace it or not. Either way, you work, or you don't get paid...just a thought, what do you think?
