I think you need to poll ALL ADULT Americans and not just those willing to answer a CNN poll.

People in America are often mentally lazy. They forget their anniversaries or kids' birthdays or sometimes the way home from work.

They, like me sometimes, prefer a good football game or some brain dead tv show to march the hours away and if they HEAR something over and over and over again, they tend to take it as fact, because investigating it takes too much time, money, effort.

I know who was responsible for 9/11, and NONE of them are named Bush or Cheney or Rumsfeld. Not to say these guys can find their nose in the dark, but we KNOW who flew the planes and killed Americans. The self-hating is sick, nauseating and unAmerican.

To those who think America is the cause of the world's problems, I'd offer a suggestion: Stop funding the UN (as America ponies up most of the bill) and see how fun the world's problems would be then!

America is the beacon on the hill, and the rest of the world just can't stand it. Too bad for them, I like where I'm at and I'm not going anywhere.

no, Bush said that Hurrican Katrina was caused by the people who didn't have any faith, there is a difference, but no I don't think that half the people believe that Bush was responsible for the attacks but I am quite sure a pretty good percentage of them think he had something to do with it

I think (it is quite obvious) CNN is a biased liberal news channel and basically hates all Christians, right wing, moral & ethical persons, the PRO LIFE movement and especially those who refuse to put up with or live by this PC bull.

Spike Lee just made this ridiculous "documentary" about Hurricane Katrina...how the blacks/and or/poor are being ignored because they are poor and/or black.
One of my customers JUST got back from New Orleans, working as a security guard, assisting in the ATTEMPT to clean up and rebuild THE BLACK and POOR areas.
He said that FEMA gave all of these families $25,000 CASH and 18 months free rent to help them get on their feet.
He said that basically NONE OF THEM are helping to rebuild, basically NONE, they arent even cleaning up THEIR AREA!!!
He said they are still living in the same trailers and whatever, in ruins some of them, some have taken the money and bought new cars, most all of them were drunk and fighting and he said alot of them were screaming "F'ing rent a cops!" and laughing at him and his coworkers.
He said some were given new homes, given, and they have destroyed them again already themselves.
He said it was horrible and the work that OTHERS and VOLUNTEERS are TRYING to do to rebuild the idiots are destroying at night when they get drunk and decide that our government is not doing enough to help them out.
I guess we should have sent cocaine, bourbon and prostitutes as well, on tax dollars.
The PRESIDENT reacted with courage, dignity, honor and respect after 9/11. He took our darkest moment and filled it with hope and victory.
OUR PRESIDENT is a man of God and doesnt pretend otherwise.
A liberal president would have had us in "peace talks" with terror organizations.

Katrina was caused by weather patterns. The tragedy resulted when years of democratic local governments squandered money that was earmarked for levy maintenance ended up in Dem slushfunds. and the local governments ineptitude in disaster mitigation. IE not using hundreds of public and school buses (wasted and destroyed in the ensuing floods) instead of using them to evacuate. You dont see this level of ineptitude in the other states hit, no, they were red states with republican govts.
Also building a town 12 feet below sea level probably had something to do with it, way to go france. (yes I know the french qtr is above sea level)

CNN (Clinton News Network) is known for being liberal. Polls are easily skewed to represent a certain viewpoint (they are very dishonest representations). If anyone was responsible it was Clinton's lack of retalation against existing terrorist actions. Look at the middle east, the only thing Islamic radicals respect is brute force.
