If a normal person, no white collar suit or anyhing else was to run for office in your state, onee that comes to a campain with a t-shirt and jeans, listens to what the people want. proves to them that it is the same thing he wants, comes to you and says will you support me and help clean up america.

will you give him your vote. you have seen post of people explaining and commenting on what americans want, you have seen answers of what america wants, some agree but some dont that is life, that is america "FREEDOM OF SPEECH"

i ask this for one reason. I as an american citizen want to run for office, i am not going to coat myself up to look good, i am not going to get a dictionary to spell every word correctly, i am not going to turn my back on my country. i want to run to follow our people, to help bring america to what it once was, to help america repersent want we once did. to keep things from getting worse, and get clean america up once and for all. i ask this question because

Entry before a warrant is obtained.?

If an officer enters your home before he has a warant and builds a case on you, can you get the case dismised? Is the burden of proof on me? Will the judge listen to me if it is my word against his?

Why Won't the Vast Majority Moderates Vote Democratic?

Charles Caldwell, President of "Voice of The Moderates" stated at their first Press Conference that,

"Far Left Wing Liberal ACLU Adoring Liberal Democrats whose shining examples of leadership are "Yeeee haaw Howard Dean", their President of the DNC and the ever-red nosed 100 Proof Ted Kennedy of "Chappaquiddick" fame... not to mention, Hillary Clinton and her shallow bid for the White House with NO solutions, NO strategies i.e., for the National Security, Illegal Aliens, open hemorraging borders, she offers nothing, she just reads from scripts... these are the Dems."

Wienhauser and Jones Polls show:

Disenchanted Moderates overwhelmingly believe the Democratic Party is no longer viable, it's been hijacked by Gays, Lesbians and ACLU Radicals of every stripe and represents them exclusively!

The majority of Moderates queried stated: "It's either Vote GOP or for a Third Party/Independent BUT the Democrats are no longer a viable positive politcal entity".

cannot afford attorney, made bond,therefore don't qualify for court appointed attorney?

My husband of 13 years is a Vetenam Veteran and Alocholic. He has been to numerous rehabs, and prison twice for DWI's. The delimia were in is very serious to use. Let me try and get things organized here, okay, he has not driven while drinking in 4 years, he has not stopped drinking, and when he drinks he becomes, loud, verbally abusive, and threatening, along with this he experiences flashbacks with some of the episodes of being intoxicated. On June 28th, of this year he was drinking, and become loud, flipped off the neighbor for no reason, cussed me and cussed me, I ignore him for the most part, however on this particular day things esculated and I told him I would call the police if he didn't calm down. He didn't and I did call the police. They failed assault of a peace officer, family violence, assault with deadly when, which was his feet kicking after being sprayed with pepper spray. The District Attorney is seeking 2 to 20 years, and I think prison time is totally unjust.

Cops driving?

Can cops not pull you over if you drive by them? They must have a radar gun to pull you over unless you were totally speeding, or driving with danger to others.
