not allowing for economic growth and infrastructure?! That is something that I never understood...there is all this outrage and activism about staying America, yet if the same fervor was applied in their own country...perhaps they could change the state of their much-loved homeland?

First of all-ILLEGAL

I'm all for legal immagration.

And don't tell me because our government should protect the borders..we shouln't HAVE to protect the borders from illegal immagants..it is possible to learn the language and to do it legally. If you don't like it, then migrate to ANTOHER country, there are many to choose from.

different sets of instructions for the same offence. In Washington state, there are not mandatory jury instructions. There are pattern book and the lawers pick each case which they choose to use.In my case they used different sets on the to convict,is this an appealable issue? In keeping with this,I was originaly charged with second degree theft,The jury was hung, six months later I was tried again, this time I was convicted. When the prosecuter filed the second charging document,She charged my with 1 st degree theft. The entire trial was based on 2 nd degree,no one else knew or was aware of the 1 st degree charging,The clerks office said if it is caught now ,the second Degree coviction will be concidered A typo, and the reacord would be changed to first degree coviction.Didn't the prosecution have A duty to prove all element of the charge? If so would this warrent reconcideration?

I moved into a condo 1 month ago and have the paper work saying price of rent. It is my wife and I living here but my dad needs to move in from Oregon for a month or two. I called my landlord and he said okay for him to move in but he wants to charge me 200.00 more per month. I can get a bedroom condo in this same area for less than 100.00 per month so if worst comes to worst I am just going to rent from another person and get a 2 bedroom... Anyone know my rights? I really need some help with this.... Thanks alot!

Fighting or even thinking about fighting the Geneva Convention (no wonder China doesn't take America seriously on human rights.
Useing chemical weapons in Iraq and in Vietnam
A President who lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq
Slavery- oh the blacks that ran from thier masters to be free came here to Canada -never had slavery here -just employment

So why the hell are these war mongering blood thirsty tortureing exscuses for "human beings" actually proud?

Now I am not saying all Americans are the sub human who performs torture rape and murder and whips men into submission but I am saying they seem to have more than thier fair share and have been the largest threat to the world

Much as I hate to admit it, we seem to be stuck. I know it can't go on forever. I wonder if we will have choppers lifting frantic citizens out of the Green Zone as we did when we were evacuating the American Embassy in 1975.

I honestly cannot understand why after all this time liberals can't remove this ignorant statement from their shrill diatribes.

Too many conspiracy theories or left-wing blogs? Do I really need to explain that Bush didn't lie about WMD's, he was just given false intelligence which made sense to the entire world at the time? Every time Bush is called a Nazi or fascist or liar, the left loses more credibility. Why don't you guys give it up???

Senate Bill 1441 (sb 1441) stipulates that all financial assistance from the state to any program or organization is contingent upon that entity complying with the law's antidiscrimination code, be it a college, non-profit organization, or company that is funded by or receives assistance from the state. Violators of the law could be smacked with penalties ranging from the removal of state funding to the removal of city services, like fire and police.

Why when we ask " Why are we in Iraq?",
the republicans are like " Well, Clinton was in Iraq too"
Why when we ask " Why is the President lying?",
the republicans are like " Well, Clinton lied too"
Why when we ask " Why is Bush breaking the law?".
the republicans are like " Well, Clinton had a b!ow job"
Do they know the guy is out of office??? Do they know that they're the ones that make the guy bigger than life?
It's rather flattering actually , like if Clinton did it then it's okay for Bush to do it too ( nobody likes followers though..)

If we really wanted to get even, we should have attacked Saudi Arabia. There is NOTHING to link Saddam to 9/11. Even the Senate Intelligence Committee announced today that there's no evidence that Saddam Hussein had ties to al-Qaida or to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi before the United States invaded Iraq.

many people askl me, why is it that illegals come to this country illegaly? the answere is bcuz they cant come to the US legally. its almost impossible for a mexican to fly here from mexico. if a mexican has a passport, he can fly almost all over the world exept the united states; so they have to take risks, they know that crossing the border is ******* dangerous, but they still do it. why, becuz its human nature to look for a better place to live no matter the risks; just like the british did and came to look for a better place. maybe in the future americans could need help what if there is a desaster and america needs the help of mexico by evacuating to the south. its just common sence, the nature of a human being is to reach for their dreams and the only way for that, is to look for a place where they can make a life.. if its so hard picking up fruit in the fields and they still do it, just imagine how hard can it be in mexico where they dont want to be. just think about it
