It is against the law to hire or house any illegal. If you hire an illegal you looose your business licence for up to 5 years. If you house any illegal it would be a felony and up to 1 years in jail plus a $1000.00 fine.

I am pleading NOT GUILTY and need a good Defense Lawyer for a DUI that has reasonable rates and a good track record, any suggestions?

D: Democrats do not cut and run, I guess that's the PC way of calling us cowards. I fully support the war in Afghanistan and going after those who attacked us. But we are anti-war true, we believe war should only be fought when you have to in order to defend ourselves. I was driving late (10 pm) two months ago. While crossing an intersection at low speed (I have green light) a pedestrian suddenly came out of the median in the cross path. She was hit and injured by my car.
The police came, investigated, and cited me for running the red light. He said that there were some witnesses seeing me running the red light.
I got the police report a few weeks ago. In this report, the only witness, who was travelling in the opposite direction at the time, was waiting for a left turn at that intersection and saw the accident. He DID NOT see the light in my direction. Since the light was red in his direction, he thought that it SHOULD be red in my direction as well. This is the only evidence that the police has.
I plan to contest this in traffic court. What evidence would you think I should collect in order to effectively argue for my case?

People bashing the president, the liberals, the conservatives, and acting against all things decent. The slander, the obscenities, the name calling, the hate mongering.

I can understand when someone goes off once or twice, but some wackos are constantly spamming Answers with hate!

I have found, that you can pull up a list of all their questions and answers , and report each and every one of their abuses!

This works a lot better if EVERYONE were to look up all the wacko's previous questions and answers, and report all of the wackos' abuses.

Pretty soon, their points drop really really low, and Yahoo! answers may even drop their ID.

Don't use abuse reporting as a weapon against freedom of expression, only report real abuses fairly and honestly.

Those of you who have read my questions, you'll recall about a month ago I said that Republicans would be using FEAR and SCARE to manipulate America into their votes. I said the terror alert system would make a comeback, some so-called terrorist plots would be busted just before voting begins, and that Bin Laden would conveniently release a tape around election time.

DAMN I'M GOOD!! Are we being duped by Republicans by using terrorism for supporting them? Are mind games being played on us so we vote Republican? Is SCARE tactics being used to frieghten the crap out of us just before elections? Is this the "ace in the hole" the Republicans are imploying. And are any of you buying this crap?
