It shouldn't be but a lot make it into a big issue. What do gay marriages/unions do to hurt the country? What do they do to hurt the economy? What do they do to hurt you personally? Why was dubya trying to pass that marriage amendment, what if tricky dicky's daughter wanted to get married to a girl, would the NeoGoons have a heart attack and die? I hope so.

LeRoy McFarland is asking racist questions and it puts me off to answering other questions. I mean I enjoy answering some of the questions especially about Police/Law because I feel like I have some insight after being a Court Clerk for 9 years but seeing LeRoy's questions make me angry. Part of me wants to stop because his questions are right there to see and it's hard to ignore.

It seems nowadays we should are being told by the media and the government that we should be ashamed of being white because of the tiny minority who are (wrongly) racist? How come we rarely, if ever, hear of race hate crimes against white people? It's not like they don't happen! It's like freedom of speech didn't even happen! We are being told (in scotland) not to have Christmas decorations in our places of work so as not to offend other religions - it's completely ludicrous! Yet nothing was done when thousands went out in the streets of London on 9/11 and celebrated...???

If you are a supporter of the extreme left, please tell me a little bit about your platform and why you support the issues that you support. Wait no fair googling. I want an honest response! Hatred for the President is not a reason to devote your life to one party or the other, he is only in office for a couple more years. Please site the important platforms in your party and tell me why you support them.

I am experiencing gangstalking. Being harrassed where I live, being followed everywhere I go. I would like to know if people have experienced this kind of behavior first-hand and how they dealt with it. I have found much information on the internet, but it tells me nothing about what I can do, since these people are strangers to me. They have taken my picture by cellphone and have spread filthy lies about me, and have even reached me out of province. I amharrassed and threatened where I live, and I have moved a few times. This has been going on for years and I have gone from fearful to angry. I now need to find solutions. I am in the proccess of bringing this behavior out in the open. I have contacted a local newspaper and I am also in the proccess of starting a meeting for people in my area. And yes, I have talked to counsellors and the police, but unless I know who these people are and can catch them in the act, they can't help me. Any advice would be appreciated.

The American people are not stupid. We know this is an election year and many of us - with the exception of the neocons, rights , Bush cheerleaders and warhawks know that suddenly media coverage seems to be getting better and more favorable towards the current screw ups in government.

The news from IRaq that Bin Ladin's #2 has been captured attempt to make the situation in Iraq seem anything more than a bleek failure - dispite the QUIET rising death toll. Almost 2700 US troops have been killed for Bush's failed goals.

Furthermore, gasoline prices are dipping SUDDENLY and SUSPICIOUSLY despite the BP pipeline damage which the news claimed wmight actually cause prrices to rise.

Does the government really think Americans are so stupid that we are gonna vote the way they want us to SO THAT THE DAY AFTER THE ELECTION, everything can fall right back into sh!t?

Islam is not a religion.

The purpose of Islam is political, economic and military. Islam seeks to supplant secular governments with world-wide Sharia law dominated by one Caliph.

Most people in Islamic countries do not go to schools to learn about languages, history, mathetmatics, science, biology, (some do) but they go to madrassas to learn Islamic law.

Islam believes that the Koran is the only book worth knowing and memorizing.

This all started with a warlord, Muhammad. He sought economic, political and military power. He wanted to unite the disorganized pagan Arabs and did so by starting a "religion" as a way of stoking pride and order.

He murdered, plundered, stole, raped and told his followers to do so as long as they did it to non-believers and not each other.

He attacked a caravan between Mecca (his birthplace) and Medinah and took the loot for himself and his loyal soldiers. He was never in Jersualam but his followers sacked it after his death.

I went swimming this morning, a guy in the water was naked. The world did not end. It is weird this society condemns the normal ordinary human body as disgusting and evil, I wonder why it does. What exactly is it thats evil about our bodies and why is it the business of the criminal law to enforce such nonsense against adults who don't believe that way? Freedom, does it actually mean anything or is it just one more empty word.

If they are intellectually eqaul with anybody, then they should play at the leveled playfield. Begging for affirmative action is only a result of being intellectually inferior and asking for free handouts.

Because they lose the argument, they call you racist. And now, when a town like Farmers Branch recognizes that the federal government has failed us and decides it is time for action, it is tagged as a racist town. And worse, the supporters of illegal immigration and no borders give us this plan:

Hispanics counter anti-migrant idea with buy-in plan: FB: Group hopes Latinos purchase all 157 homes on market

One City Council member's idea to limit illegal immigrants in Farmers Branch has prompted a plan by opponents to promote and sell homes in the city to Hispanics – including illegal immigrants.

Isn't it lovely how un-racists these groups are, who will target HISPANIC buyers. Hmmmm, seems to me there are MORE civil rights violations here!!! But comon, they are just racist laws!!! LOL

When someone does not like what you post, they report you. What you write might not be in violation of community guidelines yet you are still reported in order for other members to censor you. Your question or answer is then removed by Yahoo!.

I have been in contact with the corporate offices at Yahoo! which is investigating this allegation of mine. I have sent them proof. I will let you know the results of the investigation if you contact me through my handle. Only members who I know will get a response from me and pods will not be answered.

Question: Would the individuals who are affected by this want to know the results so that they can take similar action?

Beyond the obvious repercussions in our daily lives, the White House has been able to achieve some major objectives as a direct result of 9/11: oil pipeline thru Afghanistan, control of Iraqi oil fields, fearful citizens who acquiesced to the Patriot Act, billions in non-bid contracts to Bush-supporting corporations like Halliburton.
So they tell us that the Al Qaeda did it. Their motives being “They hated Americans, hated our freedoms, our way of life….”
What if the Conspiracy theory we accept-that 19 Arabs inspired by a guy in a cave in Afghanistan defeated the most powerful country in history and, for the first time in history, defeated laws of physics to collapse three steel-framed high-rises- is inaccurate?
OOOh..but even to think about this possibility for even a second would automatically label us Anti-American and lump us with them, right?

We know levels of atmospheric carbon are higher than they've been in 800,000 years, and that this is from human activity.

We know all the world's oceans (which are a more reliable measure of mean warming than is the air) are getting warmer at exactly the rate predicted by climate scientists.

George W. Bush has admitted that global warming is real and is caused by human activities.

There is speculation that this problem may result in disruption of the gulf stream and may actually trigger a new ice-age (ironically)

So - the question here is not whether or not this is a real threat, but how we should deal with the problem. Tell me what you think.
