I know it is the kiss of death to you people but guess what? it doesn't matter how much you bend over backwards..to some people you will always be a racist. If you know you are not racist..that should be good enough. It's no mystery that the WHITE AMERICAN MALE is racist automatically and is an evil being. ..to many ignorant minorities(and some white liberals)..so lets cut the crap already and fix this illegal immigration problem

I saw a man on the bus acting strange in the presence of his little daughter, I sort of sensed something wasn't all right in their relationship and I wanted to talk to the guy but even if something sad and bad was happening there, how would I prove it? Today, I saw a guy kick his dog and when I threatened to call the police he wanted to hit me and I am a girl!! What do you do when you see such terrible things happen and you're alone and no one would stand up for the kid or the animal? These kind od situations really p*** me off because I love everything that's innocent & needs protection. And other people are so selfish, they don't see what's going on because they don't want to. And I'm not from the States, the cops here don't make it on time!

I guess the President refers to Bin Laden as a Hitler. What about the changes brought about in this country since 911? We centralized the CIA, FBI and the NSA which could in turn make it easier for Politicians to corrupt the government. In the name of homeland security they made FEMA weak. In the wrong hands our current system could in theory create a much worse senario. Now they are attacking the basics of our constitution. In the future will we have the right to question our authority?

....My neighbor from el salvador(He used to be a gangster there) is still living in the US. He did time in jail for crack cocaine possesion. He got a soft sentence. He can't speak a lick of English. He has been here 10 years. In those ten years he has sold drugs, been a prostitute, been in a few fights ending in injury of somene else and smoked a lot of cracked. He claims he has killed somebody in El Salvador. He has violated his probabtion many times. His mom won't even let him live with her because he hits her. She is trying to get a restraining order. Now this guy lives in an illegal basement apartment in my neighbors house. If we don''t deport this guy..who the hell will we deport?

What is the role of the US government in regard to each of the ideas set forth in the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States?

I know what the role of the US government is. I learned that last year, but now i have to write 3 to 5 pages about this topic and i don't know what to write in 5 pages.

You will see it time and time again during debates or arguments - they never can argue points - the GOP garners votes by evoking fear out of voters.

That doesn't sound fair. It's as though the GOP threatens more terrorist attacks on America unless they get their way.

The current "Perm 5" are the United States, Russia, China, Great Britain and France. All of those countries except for France are major political, military and economic powers. France is the lone weak link and should step aside to make way for the European Union to take on a major leadership role. What says the Yahoo community?
