I've been hearing alot about the contested elections in Mexico and I just heard that the Looser says he will not regognize the winner and is talking of forming another government. Is that even Possible and if he does attempt to do this will it result in a civil war?

Well, the posibility of a cvil war is terrifiying, but I personaly don´t think that´s gonna happen, the "Looser" like you called him (I couldn´t find a more suitable word by the way) has no right to argue anymore, today the the official results were given and if he keeps making all this mess he is gonna end up in prision.

No, Mexico is a civilized society. There is nothing worth fighting and dying for. The two candidates are not that far apart, politically. We had a contested national election in 2000. Al Gore was a sore loser. He tried everything he could think of, to change the results.
In Mexico, people are following the election laws. If there were any legitimate challenges, those challenges would have been presented to the courts.
The leftist candidate, like all leftists is just a sore loser.
