It would help if you pin pointed your location. Because I live at a military post and I see black helicopters, green helicopters, tanks, and everything else around everywhere, and it's just a normal day. I don't know what you are talking about? Are you paranoid about something?

I have never once witnessed this phenomenon. I hear about it on talk radio all the time, but I have never seen it, or heard about anywhere else.
The question I have, would it make you feel better if they were white helicopters?

It's probably FEMA doing some kind of disaster drill, my friends dad works for them. I don't know why they decided to paint their choppers black.
