I know I need a sponsor/invitation letter made from me to her countries immigration. Does that letter from me require any special stamps, signatures, etc?

To keep the story short, the driver got a speeding ticket and I was a passenger in the car. We both believe that the officer was exaggerating on the speed of what he clocked us at. Now, the driver is planning on fighting it in court but I won't be able to appear. The driver wants me to write a statement saying that he was not going the speed that the officer wrote on the ticket. He wants that notarized and sent to him. The thing is that I don't know about how to go about writing this statement. I was wondering if there were templates or something like that out there that I can use so that it looks all professional and all. Thanks for your help!

And you may have left some messages that may have offended him a little bit and maybe might have caused him a very little grief at work and you had no money and no power at all whatsoever, and you believe this particular cop would not be above doing such things as planting evidence, etc. What are some precautionary measures possible to take to prevent him from being able to screw with you or your life at all? Any suggestions? Please intellegent suggestions that may actually work? Anyone I can contact?

I adopted a teen age boy whos mothe had passed and who's father is in prison for a Felony. He is now in his second year of college and enrolled in many classes revolved around police work and hopes to be a police officer to help kids like himself that were brought up in circumstances like him. His teacher told him that he is not allowed to join based on his fathers conviction.
Is this right?

Most of the time on the sites that I subscribe to there is a list of people about to be executed, their stories, a reason to help them, and a pre-made letter that you can personalize to send to whoever's governor. Sometimes they're stayed, most times not. All these letters and protests for nothing or do they really make an impact?

ok i got a fine and lost my licenes for 60 for speeding with a permit to drive to work....so i was going to a job that i applyed for. after talking they called me and said they would hire me.....so on the way i got pulled over and cop seen the permit and asked where i was going and i told him to the job as they wanted to meet me and show me around.....then the cop asked do i have a cell that he was going to call them.so i dialed the number and the cop took my phone back to his car and came back and said i was ok bye.....so then when i got to the place the guy told me that he had to deal with cops before i even started and for me to leave and not come back.....so i lost my very good job i have been trying to get just because the cop had to call him
(is that right for a cop to do that)

My father died August 9, 2006, as of today September 4, 2006 , my mother has still not received his death certificates. Funeral home said one time they sent to wrong address(a P.O. box #) and it came back no deliverable. My mom can't get any of my dad's retirement, military, or insurance policy money until she has death certificates. If anyone can help please let me know.

I have a friend who is on permanent disabilty for mental illiness,but she wants to work a few days ,I told her she may loose her disabilty if she chooses to do this because I thought permanent disabilty was just that permanent ?
