Join the minutemen that volunteer to patrol the Mexican border. Search for them. They have a website. If you want to punish them, find a way to report them to the gov't. I haven't been able to figure it out yet. Seems the government doesn't want to hear it.

If you catch them on your farm, stealing whatever they can lay their hands on, then take them behind the barn and beat them with a switch. If it's bad enough, you'll have the reputation as being one mean gringo, and they'll stay clear away from you.
