a friend of mine is a partner in a corporation and his secretary was recently fired for stealing a large amount of money over the past few years...

now the secretary is trying to collect unemployment. but she will not get unemployment if she was fired for stealing right?

what should the employer do when it comes time to answer to the umemployment office? to tell the truth and let the secretary get to unemployement money?

or do not answer questions from the unemplyment office so that the secretary could collect unemployment money?

what would you do? what is the legal way to do it?

thank you!

Okay US citizens & patriots; I just want to know why our so-called public servants i.e., senators, congressmen, attorney general(s), or the so-called conservative talking heads etc. won’t take on the Federal Reserve’s ponzy scheme; that intentionally creates our exponential artificial inflation thus not allowing the US dollar an intrinsic value; and the illegality and unconstitutional income tax? (Read: The Creature from Jekyll Island!) Oh! And why this book and many others like it; that present facts and truths that can set us free, are not available in public libraries, schools, colleges, etc?

It’s easy enough to figure out, I did. But can you…?
If you can, tell us.

Thank you..

It seems to me that it has already ruled out any chance of success by avoiding addressing the issue 'faith schools' (because Blair is a crusading Christian?) when the root of much extremism is religion and religious eduction.

I think its wrong in ALL cases, however, I don't support a law against it, because that would just fill up jail cells. I think we should fight it as we have been, through counseling, and giving people all the options.

I'm 15 and I'm pretty sure I've got my heart set on joining the military. I have some questions...
For a woman 5'5"-5'6"...what's the ideal weight, body fat percentage, and how muscular do you have to be?
I've always been big boned and I have a large body frame. Is their a certain height you have to be?

What does it mean when people say women can't do combat? What do men do that women can't?

What's the best branch for women? I'm leaning towards the air force, not only because I want to, but because that's what my grandpa was in. Do you sky dive? I've always wanted to...I was wondering if there was any chance you could do that in the air force...? Lol...

Thank you! I know I have a lot to learn.

Yes I am talking about C.P.S something needs to be doen about the people that do not deserve to have there children away.Like what rite do they have to tell anyone whether they are good parents?" A CHILD IS A GIFT OF GOD "
People who are graced with such a gift should be able to live and learn. Everyone makes mistakes NO ONE is perfect!

I have recently read about all the corporate people imprisoned lately. No names, because I'm terrible with them. . .Anyways, what do you think about the "hardships" these people must face? They ramble on about how tough it is, and on and on and on about how they were imprisoned unjustly. Now, I know next to nothing about their "accomadations" (sp?), but I have heard that they have it a heck of a lot easier than thieves, etc. And imprisoned justly? Some, maybe, but I am sure that some of these people had it coming. I'm sure a nice chunk of them get out on good behavior or "monetary causes". Is this really fair? That money can buy freedom and escape from punishment? People of status and power and money especially should not be considered above and beyond the law. To me, this gives new meaning to "Justice is Blind". These days, justice has been given a push into oncoming traffic, and there's no seeing eye dog to help them now. . .

I hate hand guns and wish no one had one, but since that is not feasible and the Constitution says you can own them, I have a question. If we taught children to respect guns, could we actually save lives?

Of course there is also that theory that if you can properly use one (know how to take the safety off) you could save your own life if you were ever put in a situtation that required self defense.

Are these legitimate arguments or just NRA propaganda?

Without France the United States would not have defeated the British during their revolution. Without the United States France would be part of the Nazi, German Empire. The two countries seem to love each other when it is convenient, but most of the time they seem to be at odds with each other. I was just wondering why?
