Don't Illegal Supporters have anything to back up there Justifying Illegals Criminal activity other than calling those who oppose them racist. Why don't you POST all the GREAT things ILLEGALS are doing for America??? Aren't there any or what??? It would Appear to me the only ones Benefiting from Illegals here in the US are the ILLEGALS.

"Why Web 2.0 will end your privacy"
Published: 3rd June 2006 by Wil Harris
http://www.bit-tech.net/columns/2006/06/03/web_2_privacy/

Please consider the following.
"....Why are the companies worth so much money? .... Digg knows what stories you've submitted, what demographic you're in, how other people in your demographic react to what you post .....The answer is - data. Information. Marketing. Every detail about you and me. That is where the money is.......The one thing the Web 2.0 sites have in common is that they are furiously mining information about you and your buddies. .... When the Web 2.0 bubble bursts - the innovation will grind to a halt- when the massive buyouts are done, the millionaires are made and the sites we love today are in the hands of big business - the innovation will grind to a halt, and what's left will be the endless grinding of the marketeering machine...."

In Corpus Juris (1914 edition, volume 49, §266) it enumerates the logical order of pleadings.
1. To the jurisdiction of the court.
2. To the disability of the person.
3. To the count or declaration.
4. To the writ.
5. To the accusation itself in bar thereof.
Each one of these presupposes, and therefore waves the right to challenge, all those preceding it.
I understand the logical order of the first two, but the last three seem as if they are all referring to the merits of the case (declaration, writ, accusation…).
1) What is the distinction between the last three?
2) Where do abatements fit in? I would think they should be number one.
3) What order should jurisdictional challenges (in personam, geographic, & subject-matter) be in?

These arrogant minutemen think that just because they carry handguns and intimidate children and women think they are above the law. But reality is that they arent near being law enforcement.

Is there criminal bacground checks for these people? HHHMMM..... I wonder why?

President Bush was the first one to baptize them as such. No wonder he's such a great president. Too bad that theres only 2 terms he could serve.

STOP HR 4437!!

Now the Middle East "cease fire" that the UN created is worthless. Might as well throw it away. I predict around the end of the year or early next year back to the fighting. But why does anyone listen to the UN anyways? Can anyone give me an example of when the UN did what it was supposed to do?
It's easy to forget how Kerry during his bid in 2004, kept preaching we need to go to the UN for Iraq. Now with all the UN's failures, why would anything change if we did go to the UN for Iraq?
I've said this saying to my friends for a while now, "When faced with facts Democrats try to distract."
So why should we have faith in the UN or Democrats?

Does angela R - offer an assurance that all Americans have graduated to a better life now .... angela R supports Illeagls with purchased illegal documents - which is fraud - work here against our laws, I don't. angela R wants special consideration and sympathy to all illegal aliens, who break the law,I don't. For those whom will disagree with angela R, this is what makes you a racist or is it? Is that drama or reality? The victims are our laws, our tradition of honoring them, the many persons who wait to apply legally to come here. But does angela R see it that way? Naw. angela R makes an innocent whose thought it is everybody's fault but the illegal alien. Here are a few indisputable facts concerning the present controversies of illegal aliens flooding the U.S.:

Fact: Every job that is presently filled by an illegal alien criminal could, would and should be filled by an American citizen or a properly documented foreigner.

Fact: If an employer cannot fill an $8-per-hour position in order to stay in business, that employer must offer a higher wage. If that employer cannot or will not pay a fair wage, then another employer will supply that demand.

Fact: Illegals have all but destroyed the possibility of an American citizen earning a fair wage in certain venues. For example, in the residential construction industry, as a journeyman frame carpenter, the average wage is presently around $10 to $12 per hour. That is the same pay as in the late 1980s. If angela R who has no problem with these criminals cheating Americans out of work were she forced to take a 50 percent, 60 percent or 70 percent cut in her pay, and still face the possibility of unemployment, all because of a market flooded with criminals, would her tunes change?angela R has made it clear she is a serious, practicing person of the church, but she sure doesn't study what she practices or does she?

illegal aliens are here now, in force, with a handful of "gimme" and a mouthful of "gimme more"
With the U.S. economy heading south and the swarm of illegals heading north, I am happy to see that angela R and her many illegals are being put ahead of Americans on the economic ladder.Who agrees or disagress that this is not about race it's more about people who are here illegally not leaglly and the effect this has on our country and our future.angela R save the I'm a racist for your psychiatrist.
