File a Freedom of Infomation Act request with them, and then stay on them until they comply.

go commit a felony,,then when you get a lawyer,he can tell you whats on your record,,,whats the matter cant remember committing those other crimes,if you have never been convicted of a felony,you shouldnt have a f.b.i. file...
