Pretend you were a US Supreme Court Justice.
What is the most powerful "arm" (weapon) an American
citizen should be legally allowed to posess? Should
citizens be able to own nuclear bombs? Should we be
restricted to arms at the time the 2nd amendment was penned
(muskets)?

Could you create a working definition of where the court
should draw the line without using existing firearms, since we're
always coming up with new ones?

I've been in this country for 9 years now!!! I came to the U S elegally when i was still a minor. I've been enrolled in school since i arrived to the U S i have no bad record behind my name whatsoever. Will this make a difference if i want to fix my immigration status? Will my case be in some way special? Help!!!!

My ex and I were involved in a domestic violence situation. he was in jail for 4 months.. He had a pre-trial conference that he didn't show up for so they post poned it, and he didn't show up for the post-poned one either.. now I see on the courts website that he has a bench warrant out for him, and that his trial is set for october.. Does this mean they are going to arrest him and keep him in jail until october?

MY brother met a girl that was pregnant. She claimed a certain person was the dad and called him even when she was going into delivery and he wanted no part. Ken Herman of Cox News, interrupted to ask what Iraq had to do with 9/11. “Nothing,” Bush defiantly answered.

To justify the war, Bush informed Congress on March 19, 2003 that acting against Iraq was consistent with “continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists & terrorist organizations, including those nations, organizations, or persons who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.”

Vice President Cheney cited “evidence” cooked up by Douglas Feith & others to claim it was “pretty well confirmed” that Iraq had contacts with 9/11 hijackers.
