I've been in this country for 9 years now!!! I came to the U S elegally when i was still a minor. I've been enrolled in school since i arrived to the U S i have no bad record behind my name whatsoever. Will this make a difference if i want to fix my immigration status? Will my case be in some way special? Help!!!!

For the last aswer that was not my question in case you were wondering!!! However in aswer to your question because it will all come back to the reason my parents brought me here there is no way of surviving in my coutry!! Trust me if there was i would gladly go back, as much as it saddens me to leave this beautyful country behind; after all i have only lived here 9 years of my life (sarcasm dripping all over the place abot the only 9 yrs.) I love this country and i believe i am an american regardless if i have a social# or not sometimes those who are not here legaly are more american than those who were born and raised here. My loyalty lies with the US and all im really looking foris a way to stay alive really i mean not that trying to stay alive is really important.

Hello Does it matter? Yes it matters. If you can prove residency for the last 5 years I believe you will be able to stay in America. America is attempting to stop the bullshit in this country from Islamic haters and unfortunatly Spanish foot the bill. Register and pay taxes and get a legal Id is all America wants. To many people are here disrespecting Americans who work 30 years or so only to be rediculed by persons who haven"t a clue about America
