I've been in this country for 9 years now!!! I came to the U S elegally when i was still a minor. I've been enrolled in school since i arrived to the U S i have no bad record behind my name whatsoever. Will this make a difference if i want to fix my immigration status? Will my case be in some way special? Help!!!!

For the last aswer that was not my question in case you were wondering!!! However in aswer to your question because it will all come back to the reason my parents brought me here there is no way of surviving in my coutry!! Trust me if there was i would gladly go back, as much as it saddens me to leave this beautyful country behind; after all i have only lived here 9 years of my life (sarcasm dripping all over the place abot the only 9 yrs.) I love this country and i believe i am an american regardless if i have a social# or not sometimes those who are not here legaly are more american than those who were born and raised here. My loyalty lies with the US and all im really looking foris a way to stay alive really i mean not that trying to stay alive is really important.

adragon-whatever your name is- Thank you!! How ever last time i checked this was yahoo answers not " POST YOUR RACIST COMMENTS ON THE WEB" Is because people like you exist that this world is turning into crap!! Get over yourself and look around you are NOT the only person in this world who deserves a good life. Put yourself in my position then you will see if you are still singing the same tune. Oh and by the way the era where only those with blue eyes, light skin, blond hair( NO OFFENCE TO THOSE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THAT MEET THIS CRITERIA BUT ARE WELL AWARE OF WHAT IS RIGHT MEANING THAT THEY ARE WARE THAT RACISM SHOULD BE A THING OF THE PAST!!!) ended in case you did not get the memo!! Yeah didnt you hear racism is not "IN" anymore!!! I suggest you get up to date on that!!!
