What kind of moronic question is this? For starters, do you think we need to send the entire country over there or something? There is a reason the Marines have the slogan, " The few, the proud, the Marines." Because not everyone can handle it... not to mention the fact they don't need but a few good men.
I did my time in the military and I would do it again if my country called upon me to, they may have to wait a few months for me to take off this gut but I would certainly serve my country again with pride!

I am a mother of three children so I couldn't go anyways besides all this blood shed is getting out of hand. I feel bad little children r dying and unfortunately war usually kills the innocent people not people in power. Sad how that works!!!!

I suppor the war. I was turned down by the Marines because I have poor eye sight. Everything else was strong but the vision.

Because I am George Bush and therefore I am too coward to fight a war that I have started myself

I'm too old, or I'd probably join up. Just because I don't support President Bush doesn't mean I don't support the country, or our troops. If they're over there fighting, maybe I should be too. My nephew and future step-son are over there. I'd give my life to save either of theirs.

Well ANSWER your own question. WHY aren't YOU there? BUT I am NOT there as I have been there and done that. I SERVED in the Marines from 72 - 80.

Who "Likes" war....Well I don't like war....and I don't fight because I would fight for all the wrong reasons...I'd kill anyone...plain and simple ...anyone who is not an american troop and is standing in my way is going to die.

Sorry but I do NOT like the war - but have to say this...
I have two sons (one of whom just turned 18) and I tell ya if the draft ever gets started up again I may send his butt to Canada.
I love my country and so does he, be neither of us believe in killing other people for financial gain.

Financial Gain = Earl (that guy that GW Bush keeps saying I am addicted to...) As in "America is addicted to Earl".

:o)

PS I work in the movie industry and have personally spearheaded a program that sent thousands of video games and movies to Iraq and Afghanistan...so I do support our troops...just not the reasons behind the war.
