The farmer was found and was present a the scene,two other vehicles were involed in accidents with his cows the very same evening.The farmer is insured,however consul has advised that the law protects the farmer,sayig that he need only state that he was not neglegent and he is protected by the law

lebanon agrees to a ceasefire, and says we are not terrorists! stop killing our people.

then they come out and say 'we support hezbollah in its VICTORY over israel'

if i was israel i would continue the blasting. lebanon has sided with declared terrorists there cant be a truce...

please don't waste your time and mine with anti-Bush remarks this applies to all Presidents including Clinton and Carter ( just a note for the rabid liberals ) and the same applies to the Supreme Court they almost never overturn laws written by Congress and the few they do were poorly written.

illegal immigrants "ruined" it for those immigrants that have come legally? Is any such increase in hostility towards the immigrants we have accepted legally, continue to need, and, traditionally welcomed fair? Are Americans to blame, illegal immigrants to blame or does the blame deserve to be shared for any increased prejudice faced by legal immigrants inside the US? Just doing a follow up question to one I answered.

I was at walmart w/ my sis-n-law & cuz, they stole makeup and put in their bags. I went to pay not knowing that it was in there and got charged w/ theft & can no longer shop there. Does anyone know what I should do? My sis-n-law got charged too but not my cuz, she took off.

A teacher at the school my child (age 11) attends has grabbed my child by the front of his shirt with both hands, lifted him completely off of the ground and then slammed him with major force into his seat. This teacher has admitted his wrong, however the school district has done nothing. Through some investigation of my own I have found out about at least 2 other students that this teacher has assualted as well, with nothing done by the district. I, along with other parents place our children in the hands of teachers on a daily basis, they should be protected and not afraid to go to school.

With healthcare insurance premiums so high shouldn't we have an option of using hospitals in other countries such as Thailand or India. Couldn't the insurance companies work out a deal to provide their members with better care at a lower price for a lower premium. There is a trend to outsource other forms of goods and services. Why not healthcare.

Someone shoud suggest this to WellPoint, the largest health insurance company.

Make your inquiries to William H.T. (Bucky) Bush. He's on the board of directors there. Maybe he could mention it to his newphew. I know they support outsourcing.

I 'm asking cuz a friend (over 18) has a joint credit card with her mom (cuz after she got laid off, she needed to rebuild her credit history). Anyway, she never used the card, except this once &she only did it cuz she didn’t have the cash on her at the time. But before she could mail in the payment, her parents saw the transaction history online & confronted her, threatening to send her to jail for using “their” card. So in the heat of the moment, she got scared & lied & said she never used it, that she didn’t even have the card anymore. She's sent in the full payment, but she can’t tell that to her parents (since she denied using the card)
The facts are this:
1.) The credit card was/is a joint account, with 2 cards. 1 card is in the name of my friend, the other card is in the name of her mom
2.) She’s made full payment for the item purchased

Now, if the parents report the card as stolen/misused, can my friend be arrested and/or prosecuted for credit card fraud or theft??

Ok, before anyone here calls me anything weird.......I was in the military and witnessed events that I never thought our country was capable of. I will not go into detail, but I got out 2 years ago after serving 5 years. Anyways people I work with was telling me about the different conspiracy theories floating around out there, and mentioned how George Bush was in a Satanic cult and all of that. I decided to investigate the matter personally, and over the past 2 months I've been watching documentary, after documentary, after interview, etc......I am starting to believe there is something behind all of this i.e Illuminatti, New World Order, police state, whatever, anyways I don't like any of it. Is this what I fought for overseas?
