I agree. This cease fire was nothing more than a stop and resupply point for Hezbollah. The Lebanese presidents comments clearly dispell any thought that they are "caught in the middle" of it. Unfortunately there ARE innocent people caught in the middle....on both sides. I say let Israel do what Israel feels it needs to do in it's own defense.

I agree with you. I am fed up with the Arab nations, and it is the Muslim Arab nations who support the groups we see from behind the scenes. The Saudi Arabian government, while depending on US troops to maintain its rule, funnels money to those who attack Israel and the USA. They pull something like this latest melee in Lebanon and then cry to the international community for aid against big mean Israel. Does this mean that they will sit and hash something out, NO. Its difficult to negotiate when you sole stated aim is the eradication of a state and the extermination of a people. What do you talk about when that is your only point and you will not budge from it? I don't blame the government of Lebanon. It really is in a vise. Syria to the north and Hezbollah to the south. Syria has a large army and Hezbollah has more troops than the Army of Lebanon and is better funded than the Lebanese government. But the war will go on as long as the Arabs pride continues to hurt over the UN creation of Israel, the Palestinians continue to seek land that was never theirs (look up the word feedahyn) and they do not suffer a major sustained drubbing that convinces them to stop all types of attacks on Israel

You gotta remember our liberal press. the only thing they report is the bad stuff Israel does. Hezbollah is as Innocent as the driven snow according to the world press. It was totally forgotten after the first day that it was Hezbollah rockets that started it. No Israel has to stop for right now, but just wait until Hezbollah gets their rocket supply replenished and it will be off to the races again. Of course it will be all Israels and America's fault, but when hasn't it been.

I agree with you, but I hate to see young children being killed. I really don't think there is a solution. The U.N. can't seem to find one for the past 20 yrs. But there will be one last big battle! When Jesus Christ returns! Then there will be peace!

It is much more complicated. Also, real bombs are not prejudiced. They maim, cripple and destroy. In a manner of speaking, all people are created by God. It is the duty of the leaders of a nation to defend its people, yet international affairs are much more complicated that most people understand. Vengence should not be a motivation. I am in favor of what Israel did, and I approve of what President Bush is doing in Iraq.

Who is the terrorist? Israel or Hezbollah?
For me, Israel is the terrorist. Who started all these first? Who attacked Palestine first?

I agree with you , we need to dismantle the UN since it is backing these same terrorists and hampering law abiding nations trying to protect themselves.

Plain and simple, leave Israel alone and let it take care of business.
