like say if you are a girl that goes to a guys house. we both get drunk and you want to leave. then he gets angry and starts assaulting and harrasing you badly. then you find a kitchen knife and accidently kill him in some way because he wouldn't stop at you even if there was a knife in the way. like you accidently swing you arm around and miraculously leave a deep gash in the guys neck? then he dies BUT you own up to the police? would you then go the prison or would it be the dead persons fault for being foolish enough to have an an accident killed? by the way i'm just a teen looking for help for his homework so answer quick please!

My husband just left for a four-month training TDY a few hours ago, and I find that I'm worried, upset, panicked and pretty scared by the thought of myself and my young daughter alone with no one to help remember things like when bills are due or appointments are coming up--although, granted, I tend be the one to do that. Add to that the fact that I'm military as well and will have to deal with daycare issues on a crazy schedule. I'm just wandering if I will gradually get used to it as the time goes by, or if I will be highly stressed out for four months. Is it easier as new TDY's come up, too, to part from your spouse when they leave?

Very often I hear Israelis or other Jews making the arguement that "without the USA, Israel would have not existed", or even that "without Israel, Jews have no future" (which is obviously redicules). I agree that US presidents such as LB Johnson and Nickson provided a great help fior Israel during wars which were imposed uppon it. But as for today, Israel's "special relationship" with The Father, The Son and Peyronie's Disease only makes different people around the world ask themselves what is the purpose of the existanse of a puppet state of today's USA, which allows itself things its media condemns whenever Eastern European or Third World countries do.

Then went to court, and pleaded guilty-- but then requested amnesty and a trial by jury....
What would happen? Cus I'm really thinking about doing this.. The government is really making me mad by not doing anything about it-- and letting these criminals get by...and practically be awarded with federal programs they have no right to....

Everybody in America is has the same constitutional rights but these rights cannot be excercised by a large proportion of the citizens. e.g. everybody has the right to hold political office but in practice you can't become president unless you are a rich white male.
