If you are referring to the Bible scipture about the meek inheriting the earth, then the orginal word used for meek in the Bible does not refer to being easily imposed on; submissive or showing patience and humility; gentle.
The original word used in the scipture actually means controlled power.
So, to answer your question, any situation of those you refer to occuring as a result of leaders displaying such controlled power

No, its quite the opposite. If the US wanted to intercede quickly in Lebanon it could have done so. There is no power vacuum in the world. Power mean having the ability to either act or choose not to act. You've just given a few examples of the latter.
