Hi there! Can anybody tell me where can I get the info regarding the fri and sat off in dubai?

Is the implementation of this new law (5 working days) are required in all of the company in dubai? because our company says that we will still have 1 day off... where can i get a copy of this new law for them to know.. Thanks
