cause they have have problem with greece like all others..
lets say like us Macedonia..also have problem with greece

+ Turkey is muslim country and will be most powerfull country in EU (second power in NATO after USA) & with greatest population of all. in 2015 it should be greater than Germany..

im turkish i dont want to join EU
Turkey wont need EU 10-15 years later.
Turkey has 13th biggest economy in the world now Turkey ll has 7th biggest economy in the world and 3th in europe about 20 years later.
Turkey is 70 millions %60 of Turkish people between 15-35 years old Turkey ll be 100 millions 30-40 years later
There r 8 million uni. student now, every year 2 millions youngs graduate from 85 diff. universities. 2 millions new student
Turkish economy and industry grow about %10 yearly
Turkey has strong and great army
so why i want to join EU?
im already in EU Germany and France have offered citizenship to me and a lot of Turkish students. They want to our brains
If Turkish people wake up . Everythings ll be well for Turkey. Just dont believe some fake problems and idiot politicians and work hard.
Maybe we can accept some Europians to Turkish Union in future

1. Will Turkey become member of the EU? Why not? When they reach at the prompt level, fine!
2. All are having problems with Greece: Well, Bulgaria and Romania are becoming members of the EU because of Greece!
3. NATO: Bulgaria became member of NATO because Greece supported Bulgaria's application
4. What is FYROM's problem with Greece? Aren't there companies giving work to people in your country? Aren't taxpayers of Greece sending assistance to you? Who is your strongest trade and financial partner?
5. Religion: Yes, here there is problem! Religion, instead of something personal has become state and presses the population in taking one or the other way!

Turkey government want to join the EU for economical reasons.
Cultural wise, Turkey does not belong to EU. It is not just problems with Greece and Kurds.
These problems are the reasons for which EU is postponing the membership Negotiatioan of turkey. I beleive EU refuse Turket culturally ...

I think that with Turkey in EU is game, if Asians countries united they will have more power than EU and maybe USA. Because that France and England don't like Turkey in EU is game, they have interest Turkey to be part of EU, not part of Asians United Countries.

The problem with Turkey right now to be a member of the Eu is because their represive goverment, the killing of kurds turkish kurds and their repersive action against the kurdish people in Turkey.
This have been a limitant.
But Germany is a nation that have have bond with Turkey for centuries ago, (almost war type bonds) and is one of the nation that is trying hard to get Turkey in the EU.

French and German and of course Greeks don't want Turkey in EU. The reason is that they are not european they haven't got european civilisation etc. That is not bad , they are asians. What I can not understand is why they want to be in EU. For financial reasons and because USA wants them in EU for changing the meaning of EU.
I believe that Turks are going to be in EU because USA want it for nothing more.

Probably. At least if it becomes a member, it will show some respect to the other members.
As for the problems they have with us who live in the Balkan region (I am a Cypriot), nobody cares, trust me.
By the way .. who said that there is no problem with Greece.

I think so.
I noticed when I saw the list of international countries that are going to send troops to south Lebanon that they were on the list. Matter of fact, they were the only country from that region on the list. I think they are probably trying to show their support.. and trying to gain political favors in order to be accepted into the EU.

who cares greece?, only small and tiny country.
there are a lot of country in e.u. all countries (except germany ,france, england) in e.u. = turkey, about everything
trade between germany and turkey = 50 billions dollars
trade between turkey and france = 30 billions dollars
this money is almost same with whole greece
e.u is not european union. e.u is trade company of germany, france and england there arent any means
problem is between e.u and turkey that if turkey join e.u turkey ll be most powerfull country in e.u this is not good for other big countries in e.u but germany france and england cant hurt turkey so then they are using small countries against to turkey like greece like in history
i think those are why is greece governent has problems with other countries big countries are using greece for their avantages
