No like many politicians he is distancing himself from Bush as Bush is a very unpopular President. A politician that wants to be elected has to distance himself from the Bush administration.

I have no opinion of the man, i have never shook his hand, and sat down with him over a beer for a good many hours, and talked with him about policy, and his own belifes. oh sh1t, your not saying you listen to the media are you, i maen how stupid would you have to be to do that, i mean really.. freaky. get rid of the tv dont read the papers, dont be a media driven little robot..

Yes, we should raise our opinion of him for his understated but correct observation. And the comments were made in a private meeting - people should be able to say any damn thing they want in private, don't you think? Or should we be wire tapping all politicians? Come to think of it........
