I am not American. I am from a liberal, tolerant (well, mostly) other culture and country.

I just cannot understand all the fuss in the USA over COMPREHENSIVE sex education in schools. When I was 17 and 18 our sex education courses included study of beliefs from the most libertine to the most puritanical. It taught the SCIENCE of the effects of hormones and what these chemicals do to give
young adults overwhelming desires and how to combat them IF WE WISHED TO. It taught how if we wished to give in that the only truly safe way was (no, not with condoms) mutual masturbation, everything else had at least some risk. In fact, one of our texts actually had a chapter teaching (with drawings) how to touch another to give maximum pleasure. The same text was just as explicit about STDs. Why can't Americans bear to have sex ed
classes with this honesty? (By the way, in my culture we have more teen-age sex but 1/2 the teen-age pregnancies and 1/3 the STDs than in America).

The root of the present crisis in the Middle East lies in Israel's existence as an independent state with indefinite borders.

Only when Israel is given definite and final borders by the International Community and by all the Arab states will there be a real hope of for PEACE.

Of course, I could have easily added a hundred others to this list if I had included Representatives.

I am confuse and angered. A person who have sustained a permanent injury, and cannot return to his/her regular and customary work is awarded an amount based only on the disablity rating.
How about the fact that the disability have cause continuous emotional and psychologic distress, pain, and inability to attain the same capacity of work that he or she had prior to the injury?

Never admit who or what thou really art when campaigning for office.

Always blame someone else for what thou dost - even so far as to blame the entire society.

Thou shalt oppose all punishment - except when conservative Republicans or religious right people criticize thee.
