I am going with Sean T. If you are a legal citizen then yes. If I were to move to the UK and became a citizen there, then I would expect to be able to vote. But people there illegally or just on a work, visit or student visa, no they shouldn't get to vote.

Well, become a subject of Her Maj! I'm not British born, I vote in local elections and respect the English. I'm happy to abide by the rules. My biggest problem is swearing an oath of allegiance to Prince Charles.

If you're a British citizen then yes you should have a vote. If not why should you have any say in a the running of a country you don't belong to?
