Before you claim, "PREPOSTEROUS !"; read the following non-refutable evidence.

1. We now have access to recorded eye witness accounts, from people inside of the building, reporting explosions taking place.

2. Photographs of the buildings, just before it went down, show molten metal flowing out, from the building.

3. A chemical analysis of the molten metal, found at the site, show traces of a chemical called, "Thermate". Thermate charges are used by professional demolition crews, to cut through steel beams, to demolish buildings. Incidentally, the samples were recovered by a member, of the clean up crew, who kept it as a souvenir memento. Most of the scrap metal, including the pools of molten steel, were recovered by a demolition crew, and illegally destroyed. http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2006/06/341238.shtml

4. Thermate traces have also been found, inside the bodies, of firefighters and clean up crew, who were exposed to the gases, from the molten debris.

I'm an American and am sick of having to defend this country. It is as a racist country as was nazi Germany was. If the jewish community in America wants to support it, they should go there and do so, instead of sitting in the US and lobbying congress.
By the way, I am a veteran, who has feelings for the boys/girls who
have to go to places like Iraq and soon Israel. Stop your ARROGANCE!!!

I wonder if it's time for another major shift in American politics. Democrats have lost in the long run over the past 20 years, and it's because the democratic party has no real platform. It's more like a coalition of different extremists: The Civil Rights group, the feminists, the animals rights activists, and the environmental activists. The only real party line is opposing republicans. People don't so much vote for democrats as they do vote against republicans. I think (despite Bush signing so many social spending bills), that republican fiscal policy is winning out. What I see happening is redefining the parties as republicans vs. libertarians because the current conservatives are creating a lot of social/moral issues that some don't agree with. With the economy booming after Bush's tax cuts, democrats aren't even arguing fiscal policy anymore, just social/moral issues. Maybe it won't happen, but the democrats are currently without principles.

What is the community standard for porn in Wilmington (or for that matter) Noth Carolina? I do not need or want a moral discussion. From my experience, the definition of porn is "i know when I see it". I have lived in many communities that were either very liberal or very conservative. An intelligent and logical answer will be greatly appreciated.

everyone talks about this HUGE number of troops we have lost during the war on terrorism. but consider this. we have been at war since the end of 2001, going on 5 years now, on TWO fronts, two different countries (we haven't done this since wwII). we have lost a little over 10, 000 troops, in 5 years of the korean war (only 1 country) we lost over 50,000 troops. too many people in this country were spoiled by the 100 day war called the first gulf war. that wasn't a war that was a live fire exercise for all of our new equipment. THIS is a war, and we have suffered less casualties than any previous REAL war.

When can UN peacekeepers use force?

Under-resourced, under-sized peacekeeping operations with inadequate rules of engagement proved to be ill-suited for contemporary post-conflict situations, in which armed factions often remained active in the period following civil wars. In addition to targeting and abusing civilians, these groups have also attacked UN peacekeepers. Aware of the dangers of deploying peacekeepers in situations where there is no real peace to keep, the Security Council now provides, when it deems necessary, UN peacekeeping operations with more “robust” mandates based on Chapter VII (5) — the “enforcement” chapter of the United Nations Charter. These mandates allow and in fact require peacekeepers to “use all necessary means” to protect civilians, prevent violence against UN staff and personnel and deter armed elements from ignoring peace

This sounds awful but I have a family member who recently got sentenced to 5 years in a State Prison. So what is an inmate allowed to have? Can you send them money, tobacco, socks, etc.? Or is every state a little different. I know from common sense what a prison inmate wouldn't be allowed to have.
