I was wondering if anyone knows if President Bush has passed some sort of bill to have citizens microchipped?I know this is in the Bible and that Christians shouldn't allow it but i don't know how close it may be.If anyone knows what talk is going on about this in the government please let me know.Also those with Biblical knowledge please refresh me on the totality of the Rev. on the microchipping in the forehead or right hand etc.

re: the Revelations 20:4 reference is regarding the mark of the beast. Rev. is a book written in symbolic language and images so the "mark" is not a literal mark but a spiritual decision on the part of nations, governments and individuals.

No, it's a card not a chip: It's called the "Real ID Act".
It's an electronically readable national card.
It will be required to travel on an airplane.
It will be required to do any transaction with the government. Including, collecting Social Security payments.
Your driver license will likely have to be reissued to meet the standards.
The "Real ID Act", was attached to an "emergency" military spending bill, because it is difficult for politicians to vote against money that will go to the troops in Iraq.
Would it not just be insane, if it was a microchip that would be injected in your head or into your right hand, like the veterinarians do to our pets.

Why go through the trouble and expense. Stay with me on this, now if you could invent an electronic device, something that plays music or makes phone calls or takes pictures, or has internet acces (something that people dont really need but cant seem to live without). Put it into society like some sort of status symbol so people are never seen without them, then you wouldnt have to go through the expense or effort of an invasive procedure like you mentioned. Lets call them "widgets". Well if such a device were in the hands of the masses then you might even get it so they would pay for it out of thier own pockets. Now that would be something.

No, no official action has been passed. However, a European country (was it Holland or Belgium?) is seriously considering a plan to tag all children with microchips, as protection from kidnapping and as an aid in identification.
I believe that you will not see this in the United States because of two, normally opposite forces: Evangelical Christians, who will refer to the "Mark of the Beast", and civil libertarians, who will claim a violation of privacy.

What? you need to be rather insane. No such invoice has even been presented, no longer to educate handed. do not you imagine which could were pronounced in the records. better better, the president would not bypass and introduce expenditures, the Congress does that. The President merely vetoes expenditures. blend in a authorities class once you commence intense college. And which verse and financial disaster develop into it in the bible that pronounced the micro chips? merely curious. No it will be a voluntary program
People are always hot to get the latest techno gadget. It will be much more economically sound for the private sector to do the chips.
I'm getting one with the Miami Heat logo. I was thinking about getting the NASCAR one but you know the race and auto racing thing.

And this is why we have to pay attention to the news.... currently such stuff is ILLEGAL in the US. it is considered an invasion of privacy. and Bush is NOT THE ANTI-CHRIST.
there is no convenient way of knowing what the mark of the beast will be.
