savage:
Did you know that "encouraging" illegal aliens is a FELONY?
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
It is also a felony to encourage or induce an alien to come to or reside in the U.S. knowing or recklessly disregarding the fact that the alien's entry or residence is in violation of the law. This crime applies to any person, rather than just employers of illegal aliens.

warriorbabe:
Well albee damned! I didn't know! Does that last line say "any person", not just employers?

en·cour·age:
To inspire with hope, courage, or confidence; hearten.
To give support to; foster:
To stimulate; spur:

So then I can justifiably accuse ALL pro-illegals of committing a felony.
And I here by DO ACCUSE EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM.
There's enough evidence right here on this forum to make at least a thousand felony counts against at least a hundred of them. They're committing a felony crime and should be prosecuted.

And what do they say for themselves so far? With the law right in there faces. They say; SO WHAT!

How many of them will turn their allegiance back to the American Law? How can they now continue their support knowing full well it is a felony act? How many will continue to break our law just because they can get away with it? How many are criminals at the core of their hearts and how many are criminals by pure ignorance of the law?

If you are referring to the pro illegals of every shape and hue, you are right ... as has been pointed out here on this site, and as many of us already knew, aiding and abetting a criminal is a felony ... the unfortunate thing is that since our administration are the biggest felons in this respect, can we really expect any action? I for one don't hold my breath .....

I think I know where you are coming from, and I would love it
if we had some politicians who would seriously seal our
borders. But the biggest criminals are not the ones coming
from south of the border, the biggest are the judges who want
to legislate from the bench like the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
and the left wing Justices on the Supreme Court.

If you're referring to people that are trying to be all Harriet Tubman with the illegal immigration thing, I fully agree, start handing out citations that directly address people doing things that help illegals circumnavigate our immigration laws. It's a really really bad way of doing business, and it needs to change/stop, and frankly it wouldn't be happening nearly as much if they didn't have any help.

All in all, people need to back off of this 'get into america and grab the money' thing....lots of americans are already in debt, newcomers, too, everyone's getting robbed, and lied to. Reform starts at home...

Are you talking about people who harbor illegals? If you are, you are right. People who rent to illegals, who provide shelter, who give them jobs...should be punished right along with the invaders.

Our Attorney General, the mindless Mark Shurtleff, hands them drivers licenses like Santa Claus handing our candy. We are working hard to bring him down and to bring law and order back to our state.

You must be speaking of 'W's" backers and followers, and yes, I agree with you 100%.

Have a great weekend.
