Lance Armstrong and the recent winner Landis, both from Amerika, had to use drugs to win the Tour De France. How come the neocon garbage from Amerika has to use drugs to win a sport? Are the neocons so weak and cowardly that they cannot win anything without cheating and using drugs ??

If tenant signed a lease agreeing not to go onto the windows walk but then he does and he gets injured when he falls, am I responsible for his injuries? Access to the widow's walk was not locked because I trusted tenant to adhere to lease agreement.

HELP! I was called into the benefit's office yesterday to be quizzed about benefit fraud. They have had a report (from my ex Husband) that I am claiming as a lone parent and living with someone.
I live with my parents and left him because of domestic violence. He's always threatening me, saying things like he's gonna make my life hell! I can't escape him!.
I can't believe he's sunk this low to do this to me!!!!
What do I do now?
Yes I do have a new boyfriend and I do visit him at his house. BUT I DON'T LIVE WITH HIM!!!
I know my ex is trying to get revenge on me for leaving.
Has anyone else had this problem? and how do I prove I AM innocent?

the 400 acres is landlocked by a cattle ranch..taxes have been paid each and every year by us...what are our rights to cross the ranch to get to our land...that we hold origonal papers from the president to.....???

Last week the libs/dumbocrats were faulting Bush for not being more vocal about the Israeli incursion into Lebanon, but were careful not to take a stance for themselves. This week they are criticizing him for not condemning Israel in their pursuit of terrorists. Do they wait until the ruling party makes a decision and choose the opposite position?

If you have read Yahoo!News this morning, you may have seen Exxon Mobil Corp.'s recent release of its 36% jump in profit earnings from a year ago. Furthermore ConocoPhillips report of $5 billion in earnings. Something has got to be done, when gas here in Florida is running almost $3 a gallon, and in many states its much worse.
How long are we going to allow Washington and the Oil Companies to take advantage of the American people and push us all into the Poor House?!! As oil prices rise the prices on EVERYTHING go up.
Anybody got any ideas what we can do collectively, as a country?
Any suggestions from other countries is welcome.

I beleive that by letting anyone into the UK and giving them everything without ever paying into the system is wrong, they are choking our hospitals, occupying the houses that UK tax payers and there forefathers have paid to build, taking benifits from our government and working for cash as well. If there is a genuine reason for someone to leave there country then let them in on a temporary visa, but when there home is safe send them back.

I dont think Im a racist, but the politicaly correct in our society are going to sink this country, I cannot even fly my own flag.

My parents were illegal immigrants from ireland back in the late 70's, they went through hardships just to survive. They never committed a crime or got federal aid. That's why i'm not quick to blame illegals or become anti illegal. What i do not agree with is the way anti illegal people handle the issue. That's what it is people an issue and crime, poverty, unemployment, federal aid abuse are all different issues and should not be lumped in to the illegal immigration issue. Isn't it ignorant to lump them together when the majority of these issues except for illegal immigration are cause by mainly US citizens, or is it ok for citizens to do all this but if you're illgal it's not ok. Why focus an illegal immigrations plus all these issues lumped to it and not tackle the issues separately as to contain the number of people that commit the crime wether illegal or not? Or are we giving our citizens a free comit crime, and not work time while we deal with illegals?

THE POWER COMPANY IS KILLING PEOPLE.

Yesterday they turned off my room-mates power.; So, I went with a freind to cash my check and went to my house. Since they take 12-24 hours to turn on power in the middle of the summer [in MT we could shoot someone for turning off the power in winter because you could freeze to death] I found my room mate sitting in the heat. So, I went out back and tried to pry off this new fancy lock with a pry bar. And it didn't break, so, I smashed the small part of the panel with an old ax. I cannot lie, I cut down your ******* greed machine. So, I pulled off the meter and removed the plastic. Wear gloves, don't touch any metal.
I put it back toegether. Remember to reset your breakers and check your thermopstats, make sure your hvac comes back on.

They do this to people, and they die. What if you were not strong enough to break the lock? I am a strong person and it took all this raqe I have inside me for the innocent killing of humans todo IT

We all know Wars and Attacks will create more problems. Why the country like Isarel put this type of dangerous weapons to innocent people ( according to media, there have been more civilan casualties ).
