Why US is supporting those 2 countries with different supports?

Because these countries have different agendas. Lebanon allowed terrorists to take over their country. The Israelis have tried from the beginning to live peacefully with it neighbors.

They are surrounded on all sides with countries that harbor terrorists. From the day Israel was established, the attacks began. The Israelis even bulldozed their own settlements and gave the land to the Arabs, but nothing short of the annihilation of Israel would satisfy them. The suicide bombers got on Israeli school buses and went into the market places. Missiles were aimed at resorts and cities and hundreds more were poised on the border. Israel even built a wall but it didn't keep the terrorists out. When 2 soldiers were kidnapped, Israel had enough. The did what the US should be doing; they went after the terrorist's headquarters and training grounds. These are the same terrorists that attacked us on 9/11 and have attacked Britain, India and other countries. Israel is the only ally of the US in the Middle East and the only democracy in the region. They have a right to defend themselves

Lebanon could easily afford food and medecine without dicKheads like Olmert bombing them. Lebanon apparently is the 18 richest bank in the world although they haave a 40 bil debt. But america give food to lebanon just as an act of generosity although they have supplied israel with the weapons and aviation fuel to bomb lebanese citizens and the government's army that the US support. The US just want the vote of the people that is y they are aiding a country in commiting such heinous crimes.

And Israel and the US are the only nations who consider hizballah terrorists. The UN doesnt. And israel is holdding over 1000 illegally detained palestinians and lebanese. Dont u think that would be considered kidnapping??

Well, Israels is buying the stuff....that's a given, considering they're allies.
Then the world wants us to help Lebanon...why not the french, or the germans....bad food? I don't know....but so we ship stuff to them...It doesn't make a lot of sense, but then, figure this out.
Our country spends about 32 million dollars, to subsidise tobacco farmers. We also spend about 40 million, on anti smoking programs for teens.
If we stopped both programs, could anyone use about 72 million dollars?

The key word is DIFFERENT supports.

Weapons are given to Israel to bomb enemy airfields and other MILITARY sites. These have been strictly defensive attacks since.... well forever. You can tell these attacks are defensive because Israel has not taken any land or had any gain at all from the eternal war. NO GAIN.

Food is given to Lebanon because a sandwich(or whatever they eat) cannot be used to kill our Israeli allies. Food is of no use to terrorists and can only be used by civilians.

So we keep civilians from starving and help our allies defend themselves from terrorists

Beware of Greeks bearing gifts. Americans are trying to send a message that they are not anti-Muslims by sending aid to the Lebanon, when in fact it is the direct opposite. There must be oil in Lebanon. The question you need to ask is how much is this aid going to cost the Lebanese American aid doesn't come without strings attached.

Because this is how Politics works. We support Israel to fight terrorism and we also sympathize with the Lebanon civilian that are getting injured or dying by Israel bombs. We have to be able to justify ourselves to the world so this is one way of doing it.

Israel is wealthy and doesn't need food. They are fighting for their sovereignty and need weapons.

Lebanon is only moderately wealthy and could use the basic supplies. They also won't stand up to the terrorists operating from their country so they wouldn't have any use for weapons from the US.
