Hey everyone,

So here's the deal. Frankly, I've had enough of this. I've decided that something needs to be done. Sexual Assault is a crime that has plagued this country for centuries. Year after year hundreds of thousands of offenders are proven guilty and numerous lives and families are destroyed. Though despite the seriousness of the offense what happens to those offenders? 3-6 years in prison? That's it. I'm sick and tired of such menial punishments for such ridiculous acts of indecency. There simply has to be change, it's needed. If you have read this far, I only ask you for one more thing. most requests are not accepted for almost no reason, some of the requests are accepted only if a Saudi spent many years outside the country.

If a Saudi just get married and bring the wife or husband to Saudi they could face penalty of jail and they will be fired from their work.

This is just one thing of many violations of human rights in Saudi.

The gov. changed the green cards a few years ago making it very hard to fake them. A friend of mine has an illegal friend who got a job at mcdonalds with the old type of green card.

Yup, I was just a watching me tv down here in the trailer in alabama and i saw me some white jews on tv and they were in izrael, and they be a fighting the brown arab man in Lebanon, and these jews be so nice and respectable because before the jews go and bomb loads of the brown people they take out their Torah and read it so that means they are religious and peaceful and our ally, don't you agree ?

Someone told me they think there might be a difference with passports issued to British born and naturalised citizens. I had assumed that once someone had a British passport, that they had the same rights as everyone else, meaning they didnt have to apply for holiday visa's or in particular, an american holiday visa. I have looked on the US embassy website but i cant find info realting to my enquiry. Does anyone else know?

I don't think it is the illegals fault. I think they just want a better life. I see the problem with the employers who give them work. We should stop being mad at the illegals and start raising cane about the people who hire them.

can a bill collector call you at work? i gave them my number to where i work at because they asked me for it and i just got a very rude phone call that upset me. they were very rude and i told them that i would send in the payment as soon as possible. the bill is for a phone that i turned on for a friend and they never payed. i was going to pay it my self so i decided to call and find out who i could amke the payment to. they didnt contact me i contacted them..but now they are harrasing me at work....

There is alot of caselaw about claims preclusion where claims have already been tried in a seperate case.

Is the law the same in a case that was appealed and remanded for trial? Are jury findings that were not appealed precluded if there is to be a new trial? There is evidence admissable in the new trial that was not admitted in the first trial - but it may be a stretch to argue that the new evidence is relevant to the one claim that may be precluded.
