Well, I'm not sure emperors are elected in an election. But if you run for mayor or president, I will vote for you. If you want to be an emperor, I guess a coup would be the best option.

Absolutely, I've lived in PR. I think the US need to give PR it's independence. The US could save Billions in US $ and the PRs would get what they want independence. So with that, your be my first choice. Chow
