I agree with the part about employers. ANYONE who employs them should have their businesses shut down and face serious prison time. The borders need to be sealed and all of these people turned away at least until we straighten out the mess we already have in this country. After we fix it, the, MAYBE we can allow some in...MAYBE!

I think the main problem with illegal immigration is the jobs. What I mean is this: when illegal immigrants swarm in, they take up jobs that mainly we don't want such as cooks, waitresses, trash pickers, and such. But if they just leave, then all those places would be out of businesses and such!
But then, it is illegal to pass into the country without authoritized permission, which they don't have, because of the expenses.
I think they should be legally here, but they have to work for five years for a company in exchange for lodgings and food like an au pair or something before they are clarified legal if they have no money.

The biggest problem is that we send mixed messages on the issue to current and potential illegals, which means we can't ever really solve the problem. No matter your opinion on the issue, I think everyone can agree about this.
It's illegal to be here without papers - but - you'll have no problem finding a job whether you have papers or not.
You'll be deported if we catch you - but - if we catch you doing something that directly benefits us, we'll look the other way.
We complain that illegals ruin our country - but - we would also complain if the illegals left and prices went up.
We complain that illegals steal American jobs - but - we don't have the workforce to supply for all the jobs illegals currently do (honestly, are there 12 to 20 million unemployed Americans trying to do the jobs illegals do?)

We are raising cane on those who hire them. The problem with Illegals is they enter this country breaking our laws. In Mexico it would mean fines and jail sentences. Targeting those who hire them is a good first step. We also need to enforce the laws that are already on the books. This is going to be painful at first for both sides, but it needs to be done.

Your statements are correct employers need to be put in prison, kick out of the country sent to their employee's homeland and fined what ever their cash net worth is! Another perspective aligned with this is why are people where ever they live including USA not fighting to take control of Money/Power/Wealth that the few have in our case it is U.S. Congress and a illegitimate world corporate ruling class! In any country or case there are more in numbers of have nots VS haves we have to organize for the one common goal of taking control for the majority not the few. Oh you answered one of mine whats an average size willy soft or hard in inches go back and edit please!

illegal ... all the factors that arise from it are unjust and gets more illegal - corruption, violence, maltreatment, unfair labor practice, stereotyping, mis-information and mis-education, power, piracy, insecurities, rape, poverty and hate. It is a chain reaction. Once someone or something is illegal, anything or anyone involved would be doing more illegal and unfair things. Then respect and humanity would be lost.

No-if they were not here the company wouldn't hire them. That goes both ways. Obey the law and there wouldn't be a problem
