I can't think of a single example of this happening. Can you? However, supposing hypothetically that this were the case, I would like to point out that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and that any law that contradicts it ought not to exist. That has never stopped Liberals and Neo-Cons before, though...

The same reason the Liberals do....it is the base of our law....and all people can use it to try and prove their innocence.....even illegal aliens can.....but still, I would love to know exactly why you bring this up...and what makes you made the the Conservatives use what is at their disposal to defend themselves.....
