Hi, I am 17 years in the state of Texas and I was charged with a Class A misdemeanor yesterday. It was Theft for $500 to $1500. I do not know when my court date is yet, but I am not sure in hpw much trouble I am. I have heard I could do up to 3 years in prison. I really need some help since I'm not that kind of person. Everybody makes mistakes, but mine was bigger. Any help would be really appreciated

I Think that 911 would still have happened, we would have even less respect in the world. Bin Laden would probably be easier to find (because he would not have reason to hide). We would be still patrolling the no fly-zones. We would not have to listen to the likes of Cindy She-man, or Michael Moron.

And the only 3 examples he gave to justify it, were Waco, Ruby Ridge and Elian Gonzales.

Is the right-wing so dumb that they don't realize the things they are upset about don't actually have any effect on their day-to-day lives? For example....someone getting a *******. Or, whether or not the 2 guys who live 6 doors down from you are gay, or married, or just buddies. Get over it....

However....spiraling deficits....spiraling national debt...spiraling gas prices...spiraling energy prices....protracted wars costing hundreds of billions, but producing no results...government survellience of our bank records, e-mails and phone calls....

Those things effect all of us.

Is there any chance the right-wing will get a clue?

Hugo Chavez president of Venezuela is always criticizing the U.S.A. is it because he knows that his nation cannot confront us by themselves and he is finding allies, from other nations to get them into his graces. He went to Belarus, to talk to the leader of isolated belarus who shares his anti-U.S. views. he also will visit Russia, Iran and vietnam. Hugo Chavez to my observation is the Anti-Christ that is named in the Bible. But our nation is a strong nation what that President of Venezuela should do is keep his mouth shut. He thinks that he is a very powerful man, which he is not.

Now, let me start by saying that I do not believe everything I read or hear (even if its "news"), and I am not greatly influenced by hollywoods portrayal of the world at large, but the films "SYRIANA" and "LORD OF WAR" made some significant statements about how the US involves itself in other nations conflicts. After seeing both or either of these films, did you find yourself having NEW questions or concerns about whether or not WE are the GOOD GUYS? Only serious answers from those who have a related opinon please. Ive already heard from the "know it alls"

Why is it that other countries protest when the U.S. returns illegal aliens to their respective countries? It is my understanding that a country has all the right to do that.
In Costa Rica, illegal aliens are put in buses and returned to their country (countries) of origin without anybody protesting. Why? Because they know they broke the law.
So how come the United States cannot enforce the laws without being criticized?
By the way, I am a legal resident of the United States, and I became one by being respectful of the law.

Other than religion, what other injuries or motivations do these people have in killing off their own, as well as innocents of other faiths. There must be some socio-economic reason beyond religion. I'd love to hear from actual Moslem people.

I do not think that Hezbollah is justified in killing Israeli civilians, but neither is Israel.

There have been 42 Israelis killed in the last two weeks - but 380 Lebanese! How can this be called justice?
