She will need to have a fiance visa to come over to marry, and the permission of her parents would of course be needed. Once you were married, she can apply for permanent residency (green card).

You would have to apply for the fiance visa, and you would have to be at least 18 to do so, and be able to show your ability to support her for at least 3-5 years. She would have to be granted the fiance visa prior to coming to the states. You would also have to show that you have met in person, and give proof (photo's together, receipts, etc).

There are fees involved for both a fiance visa and green card. She would not be able to work until she had a green card, or a work visa (more applications and fees).

Sounds like you're also 16 by the typos in your question+details. Why would she want to get married in the first place, being just 16, whether she's in the UK or elsewhere in the world?

Sounds like a troubled teen who wants to escape her current life and thinking a marriage will be the solution.

Sorry, pal. Marriage is not the solution to anything but a new set of challenges to those who are ready. Neither of you look even remotely ready in my view.

I guess you mean England, UK ...Every state has a legal age for marriage ..check your state's law ..and if you are a US citizen you can invite her to US on a fiancee visa which is valid for 6 months ..she can then get married to you and can get her green card in 18 months...and does not matter if she is living with her parents or not ..but yes she has to turn the legal age first..

I have no idea what you are asking. A girl of 16 can't get married if that is the question.
