this is ridiculous, when did this started? only men should be allowed on warships. are there women on navy-marine corps amphibious ships?

Women on ships started somewhere around 1994 and yes there are women on Navy-Marine Amphib ships.

Why ever not? Women are equally capable of doing the job. My husband is an Army Officer. He has men & women under his Command. When they are on Operation or exercise they live in great proximity to eachother. Sharing tents, showers (same showers not at the same time!), mealtimes and work. The only people I have ever found to object to this are chauvenists and women who don't have a loving and happy relationship with their partner & therefore think he will be unfaithful...that's their problem. The Services need the right people for the job.

About the time women started screaming for equality in the armed forces. Being on the ships are after all is their choice.

My husbands in the military & he's on only men ship. He says he likes it cuz women compicate things. And you can't walk around naked & be gross if ya want to. If you want to be treated like a man then act like one. When there's women there's too many rules & they get too offended by crap. Plus most of them are sluts & some guys actually don't like sluts.
