Tricky one...

I see your point. If Iran gets involved, Then this will no doubt become a world wide issue - most probably resulting in WW3. For the sake of innocent lives, my opinion is therefore no - no war. However, Iran should fund the Lebonese to fight back. We have witnessed this morning that Israel has once again invaded and taken over Southern Lebenon - the reason why hizullah came into power (and gained international popularity) in the first place.

Israel really do seem to be the worlds new Nazi's.

I don't believe that Iran will directly start or enter into a war with Israel. For starters, Hezbollah is doing their dirty work for them and this is much easier for a starter. I believe had the responce from the US been different and the responce from more of the Arab countries been a little different, than maybe Iran would have been a little more active in this conflict.

However, for the time being, as the rest of the Arab world did not jump onto the slam Israel bandwagon as hard as they have in the past (I believe this is attributed to the US responce actually) then I don't think Iran would risk doing too much. Iran is powerful, but they can not risk a war on too many fronts and the last thing they can do is turn their back to fight one area, just to have problems on another.

We certainly can not forget the fact that Iraq and Iran are bitter enemies also, and Iran right now is very active in keeping the unrest in Iraq. Any diversion from this goal will only strengthen another of their enemies.

If Iran wants to continue to exist, It will not start a war with Israel. The IDF is holding back and has a much longer reach than Iran's military.
Iran's' leaders know this, and is the reason Iran is using surrogates in Lebanon to attack Israel.

You will not want to believe this because it does not fit your premise that Israel is the bad guy. It is also not what your propagandists tell you.

Israel is not always right, they are often harsh, but from Israels point of view their very existence is threatened everyday by those who wish them wiped from the planet.
If I were them I would be very aggressive also.

Pray for Peace, drop all the pride stuff.

I think a couple of things! One, I believe Iran has already started a war with Israel, however they sent their surrogate Hezbollah to start and fight the war on their behalf. Secondly, Israel isn't targeting Lebanese civilians, it is simply returning fire from where Hezbollah is firing at them. You see, arabs don't give a rats as s about civilian populations, but they are sneaky enough to make the other guy look like the bad guy. So, they set up their rocket launchers in heavily populated neighborhoods, so that if the Israeli's do return fire......Well, it's inevitable that civilians will be hit, too!

I hope that if Iran decides to enter this skirmish that the US will step in and totally annihilate their armies!

The countries in the Middle East know better than to directly attack Israel. Egypt, Syria, Jordan have all been spanked when they engaged the Israeli's with conventional forces.

Hezbollah being a terrorist group has a advantage since Israel has to seek out and kill each member instead of dropping bombs on easy targets like tanks.

I think Iran would demonstrate incredibly bad judgement to escalate the current situation into a regional war. Besides, it's their proxies in Lebanon, Hizbullah, armed and funded by Iran and Syria, that dragged Lebanon into this mess.

Unlike Iran, Israel does have nuclear weapons, and they will use them if they feel their backs are against the wall. It would be a foolish move for Iran.

The situation in Lebanon is horrific, but blame Hizbullah, for dragging Lebanon into a conflict with Israel. Israel is defending itself, and looking to change, permanently, the situation in southern Lebanon and its northern border. It's unfortunate that Hizbullah has emplaced it's means of war in civilian areas, but human shielding is a common tactic for terrorist organizations.

contained in the modern conflict, there is purely one sparkling thanks to outline if someone gained or lost - did they benefit the targets the conflict replaced into declared for. contained concerning 2006 Israel - Hezbollah conflict, there replaced into no loser. Israel's purpose replaced right into a set of retaliatory strikes against Hezbollah - which they did. observe that there replaced into no sparkling-reduce purpose alongside with "wreck opponent's communications" or "kill all opponent's leaders". Hezbollah's purpose replaced into to live on with minimum casualties - which in addition they did. If Israel decides to attack Iran, the issue will be thoroughly diverse. Israel's purpose must be the destruction of Iranian nuclear software (besides as, probably, crippling their key military marketplace and coaching camps). Iranian nuclear scientists may be evacuated in the first hours of attack - besides the undeniable fact that the production flowers aren't to any extent further that easily moved. If Israel manages to verify air dominance and suppress Iranian anti-airplane resources (it is strictly the position the better technologies concerns the most), they ought to have a standard time to attain those targets. This, for sure, assuming that Israel has an air-strike hall from one among Iranian acquaintances. they haven't any hardship-free border, so Israel will both might want to violate a persons' airspace, or have someone to provide a hall. There are rumors that Saudi Arabia has already agreed to provide its airspace - yet no man or woman who knows for a actuality if it is the case, for sure, will share this information.

Iran has always interfered in internal matters of foreign coutries.
This has no business with Iran and you know that.Lebanon should have controlled Hizbollah long time ago. This is the result.Hizbollah started this war and Iran calling their actions "a heroic action".Its better for iran to think about his own problems and his own youth other than distracting his own people of their own problem by other countries problems.Hizbollah is a terrorist group and should have been unarmed by the order of UN one year ago.in late 80s in Iran 5000 innocent people has been killed and tortured.so why don't you care for them??think of your own problem.Iran is not a peaceful place! and please forget your anti-jew thoughts.it's too old-fashioned.
