Why is it (in the UK) that when the government appoints a troubleshooting specialist (typically in the fields of drugs, health, education policy), that the troubleshooter is often referred to as a "Tzar" e.g. "Drugs Tzar"? What is this bizarre connection with imperialist Russian royalty?

Do you know that thousands of British are leaving the UK going to France,Spain and Portugal. So many complains in this place about foreigns in UK when UK citizens are now invading other countries.
The problem with that is they become so famous thanks to they stupid behaviour as with them gos the alcool, drugs and the weekend crazyness ,like home. They are so famous that we have a TV show "Costa del Sol" to show us all the great perfomances of this brithish people.
Like other foreigns there are good people and bad people every where. Before you talk about foreigns in UK make sure you know whats going on.And now what do you think about?

BBC reported: "Israeli government sources have estimated the width of the zone at anything from three to 10km (1.9-6.2 miles).

It doesnt seem logical that israel should be a major interest of the US. They do not have oil, their affiliation with the US is destabilizing the region, and they dont have a shared religion. Here are some reasons that i have heard:

-Israel is essentially an economic client to the US, it buys a lot of military equipment so the US naturally caters to its economic partner

-Israel has a lot of rich people who influence Washington through lobbyists.

-It is a commitment to manifest something in the bible that says the jews are to have the nation of Israel (details on this one are vague)

-Its a white nation in a region of arabs.

-Israel is a "mercenary state" that will do our bidding in a middle east region that is anti american yet crucial to american economy

I dont know, so i cant believe in one of these, but on moral grounds, it seems logical and decent not to support israel, with israel's record of international law violations and atrocities which are poorly covered by media

in today's society, it's very prevelant, that women's groups, gay rights, and even religious groups are seeking equal rights under the law.
While the law is up for interpertation by activist judges, people suffer for their faith, their belief, and even, for their lives.
Why is it, when they call it equal rights, it's never equal? If the one lady gets to play in the PGA, Michelle Wie, why can't Tiger Woods go play in the LPGA?
Or, why can't Michael Jordan go play in the WNBA?
Or why can't women play in baseball?
Or, why can't we distribute bibles in school, but native americans can put up symbols, and wiccans have covens, and they can teach mythology?
In affirmative action, people are picked not due to skill, but due to minority status, locking out a whole class of workers.
And even rights are stomped, at home, when a divorce happens, no matter how bad mom is, dad 9 times out of 10 won't get to keep the kids.
This should be a fun topic....let's have at it!

If yes, where then defense ends and occupation starts? What are defferences between them?

Especially when damages of defence users are much less than these of their targets since the same beginning.

I personally don't believe that currently our military could be defeated in this age, but suppose it was defeated in the future and our lands were occupied by an invading nation. Could America be effectively occupied or would Americans stand up against an occupying force?

I honestly hope you do not take it personal when they vote and decide to let all illegal immigrants stay here in America..I know it must be hard but life goes on..just try to accept it because really you got to be joking if you think the goverment is capable of deporting 15 million illegal immigrant..That is not possible!
I don't want to break the little buble of fantasy you live in but i don't think it will happen. It would take years and years and years....How could someone deport 15 million or more people?
seriously...so just GET OVER IT...I know they say "Nothing is impossible" but this my friend i think it is!!

I can't help but think that the Iraq conflict was only started to secure oil supply, so that the US didn't have to touch its own 'meagre' allowance of oil.

From the Eighth century forward, the Semitic peoples (Jews and Arabs) lived together in relative harmony. Some of the finest minds of the time came from this group of people. They contributed greatly in the sciences (metallurgy, optics, math, astronomy). Algebra is an arabic term. Then somewhere along the way, things broke down, and we have this archaic 7th century barbarism that calls for wholesale slaughter of people who don't belive like you do. (ref: Europe during the Inquisition).
