Just so everyone knows there has already been 3 WW only they didn't name the first one WW....anyways
I feel there is a ww headed our way and it will last forever. I see this as the last days of earth. I mean we are talking about the Gaza Strip..when in the background North Korea is waiting to kick up some dust..some nuke dust that is! I think America needs to pull outta Iruq Bush needs to admit he was wrong and refocus on whats important. Instead of trying to run everyone else countries we should run ours first! I just don't know why though every country Hates America...but it seems that every world power that has ever been was hated by the rest of the world...? go figure

the major war you refered to has been brewing for a very long time, much longer than just the past few weeks. The Muslims do not want any of the countries in the middle east to be democratic. It goes against their religion and their customs. They do not want Israel to occupy the land that it is on and they want to throw the entire nation of Israel into the sea. The terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah plus of course of dear friend Al Gaeda, want to see Israel and America finished as nations. They call America the "GREAT SATAN" and will do everything they can to harm us. Europe is sitting on their fat butts doing absolutely nothing. This isn't unusual for the Europeans who have been through many, many wars due to their stupidity and ineptness. We are in the beginning of world war 3. It won't be like the former wars but it will spread from Lebanon to Syria to Iran to Pakistan slowly but surely. We are in the beginning of WW3.

its been brewing since 9/11 although cant see a world war developing as its only Amercia that has a real interest in the region. the region may go to war, but it wouldnt involve the likes of china, Russia, France or Germany. You might see the use of nuclear weapons, if the US launched a ground offensive on Iran (presuming Iran has the weapons) what would stop them wiping out US ground forces with a few placed nukes. nuclear deterence relies upon Mutually assured destruction (ie i shoot you u shoot me) if Iran was threatened by invasion then their leaders obviously facing a defeat might pull that out of the draw.

Some people think it has started already, let's see, just today Hesbollah said it is going to strike deeper into Israel, so than the Israelies respond with bombing all of Beirut.
I think you should watch what Iran and Syria are going to do, if they get more directly invoved, then America and Brittan will get involved, and bingo you got your war.
Thank God most Arabs, including Syria and Iran are just weasels, who prefer to have a bunch of terrorist do their dirty work for them.
And just remember all of these Arab countries have attacked Israel in the past and got their heads bashed in, after all if you have a choice between beeng driven into the ocean or fight for your life, you have a powerfull incentive.

Yup.

And I have been hearing this same thing all the time for the past 25 years. As you can tell these 'feelings' are worthless when it comes to predicting the future.

As a result I have become careful to only listen to people with track records for understanding and predicting probable courses of events.

It's time, I think WWIII is around the corner and prolly can't come fast enough. There are too many crazy regimes in this world today that tie up resources. Only a full scale war will obliterate the dead wood. I believe in Darwinism, we need to cleanse the world from time to time.

Technically we are already fighting a world war, its just that there's not an underlying cause. Major conflicts are happening all around the world, but only those which involve the more popular news items, such as Israel, are reported frequently enough.

yes because even if there's a ceasefire between Israel and hezbolla and a peacekeeping force is sent in u know that hezbolla won't stick to it, so i think that a lot more country's will get involved and it will turn into a global war.

Yep, it's all kicking off, bit by bit. Soon, the Iranians will join in, followed by the Americans (directly, I mean) and then the rest of NATO.
