I refer, of course, to the few remaining outposts that the Mexican invasion hasn't reached yet.

How do people in Maine build houses? How do people in North Dakota have mowed lawns? Landscaping in Wisconsin? WTF?

I thought these were jobs Americans wouldn't do...

Should these states be crushed by now? How do they survive without overwhelming numbers of illegals to do 'all the jobs that Americans' won't do?

I live in an area of the US where you can't find an English speaker to save your soul, and I mow my own lawn, I clean my own house, I take care of my own kids.

Are there any documented, nonbiased studies that honestly show that illegals have a positive economic effect on this country? And please don't direct me to www.laraza.com, if I want to listen to biased people without a clue I can just read some of the pro-illegal questions here on Yahoo.

I'd love to be proven wrong. Actual hard, undeniable facts that the Illegals contribute more than a deficit...

I see it in my neighborhood down the strreet. 1400 square ft. house, with 3 bds, 1bth, and there are a total of 9 cars that are parked there on a regular basis. I thought that maybe it was possible that since I see different folks there as others leave, and they do appear to be illegal in their dress and behavior, that possibly the home owners are making money taking in illegals, setting them up with a job and place to live. If there is a "name" for such a place, I was wondering what it is.

Positions of power etc....Is physical strength superior? Is that why one nation outlasts another or why the Native indians were pushed aside?
If that is so are the two really equal?

I hate talking to them. Not because I can't compete on the issues but because the become so hateful. Some of the worst insults that have been hurled at me have been from Femi-Nazi women. There have been some who actually foam at the mouth. . .scary.

Which system most naturally favours the freedom, health and welfare of the many? A great big state, an international open market, or a great big state made of smaller states.
Is it a matter of law, or is the will of the less wealthy facilitated by certain types of political structure?

Okay, the situation in Lebanon aside, this is dealing with Americans or dual-citizenship Americans who move there knowing the Middle East, regardless of wherever you stand in the crisis, is a danger zone.

WHY are you complaining when the US government is evacuating youfor your risk with no charge to you and was done in a relatively good time?

Jesus.

...because here you can drive downtown by the police station and see prostitutes walking around...and the police station is located in the heart of downtown where all the crimes happen and murders take place. ......yet, the cops don't patrol around there. They'd rather pull people over for stupid reasons on the other side of town and loiter in the 711 and tim hortons.
So, why become a Cop if you're scared to Protect and Serve?

I am currently a SSgt in the AF and I am trying to convience my wife into me going through the "Blue to Green" program. I want to here the opinon of people actually in the Army rather then a recruiter. My wife is under the impression that no matter what job you have in the Army they are going to give me a gun and send me to the sandbox (not that I would mind that). If I crossed over I would like to become an MP.

The Bush admin understands that sometimes fantasy is a lot prettier than reality. Should the Bush administration told the truth about the friendly fire death of Pat Tilman? This revokes hero status from Tillman and also puts other soldiers and officers in jail for criminal conduct and possibly murder. Thats the truth. Fantasy however, you get a war hero, no arrests and no further degredation of the U.S. military reputation. Which one was the right choice..fantasy..or reality....truth

I was in lebanon throughout the week of war and it was awful...innocent lives taken, homes destroyed, roads wrecked, it was really bad, isreal has the right to defend itself but it went too far this time, what's happening is just not right, this isnt called self defence, this is murder, entire villages are being abolished, entire families are being killed. i dont think it was a matter of 2 soldiers, u dont start a huge war cause of 2 soldiers, the isreali warships were on Beirut port in 3 hours that means they were prepared so there's more to it, whats really happening ? whats the big plan ? what do u guys think of the situation ? is removing hezbollah the ultimate solution ? will that bring total peace ? or is removing hezbollah only a small step for a bigger plan ?
