i file for social surcurity last year i have been turn down once now i have a lawyer and i check to see the statics of it. and they told me it was in the determanation stage what does this mean?

The turn EVERYONE down the first time...you might even get turned down this time (but doubtful with a good lawyer) but they are making a determination of 1) are you disabled 2) what percentage of disability to you suffer from!

I once heard that the soc sec office turns everyone down 3 times before saying ok...hmmmm...

THEY ARE DERTERMINING IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR IT, THEY ALSO HIRE THERE OWN PEOPLE TO SPY ON YOU TO SEE IF YOU ARE DOING ANY ACTIVITIVES THAT SHOWS YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK,SO BE WARE......
