I'm a bounty hunter on my way to Pakistan, and I'm hot on Osama Bin Ladens trail, how do I claim my reward, and would it be best to bring him back dead or alive?

I've been wrongly accused of a crime, but I do have a criminal record (drug paraphanalia). The police and DA believe that I'm a drug dealer (that's what the Public Defender told me), so I think that's why they're trying me with anything they can.

My problem is that I've had the Public Defender several times before and he consistently failed or was totally incompitent. Now I'm facing two years in state prison and I'm scared to death that he will screw this up for me.

Is there any reason other than conflict of interest that would qualify me for a court-appointed attorney in Pennsylvania?

I know someone was married because of green card. This guy's brother came here to work with Fiancee visa. This guy made my friend stupid. She thought they had serius relationship but it was wrong. He was playing around my friend. He borrowed money to buy card. He didn't give money back yet. So you decied to report this illegal situation.
He helped her to get green card and his brother stays here like illegal with expired visa

i bought a used car from a private seller in shawano wisconsin. true i did buy it "as is" but im curious and hopeful that there may be some legal recourse available since the car did break down within 48 hours of sale and not to mention the fact when i took it to a certified mechanic he believes that someone masked the problem or was at least aware of it

I think the world, especially Americans, think they hate Bush, but realy hate themselves for allowing our government to commit unspeakable crimes against humanity, while sitting back and not doing anything about it. Mr. Bush, and the office he holds, is just a way of taking the blame off of ourselves, and projecting it onto something we can't ever reach, touch, talk to, or do anything about. (At least that's what we are made to believe) When you see a bully picking on somene defenceless, don't you want to push the bully back? Why don't we?

It is sorta like committing sin, asking God to forgive us, and then not taking responsibility for our actions. "It's God's will."

Well what is being done in the world by our govenrment is not my or any other persons will, unless you own a big business that benifits from war crimes.

A person living in fear and anger through fake threats of terrorists, fake alerts and fake enemies can be easily more manipulated than a person whose emotions are more stable.
Is it morally right for a govt to play with the emotions of its people in order to manipulate them?

I wonder why most (not all) democrates are ashamed to say that they are cowards? I mean they have so many colorful ways to try to hide what they really are.
FOR EXAMPLE:
"I am for the troops but against the war"... lol etc...
Why do you think they just dont say...
( I am a coward.)...What is so wrong with saying I am afraid and will give up anything so that I dont have to face my enemy? Everyone knows that you are a coward anyway so why go to the trouble of trying to hide and lie about it...do they think we will think less of them if they just admit they are cowards? How could I think less of them than I already do? Just thought I would ask

I am a latina female who bought a porshce in november of 2005 - cash! i was parked in a private long driveway in east san jose, ca on wednesday 7/12 at about 730pm. 3 San Jose Police officers stopped and asked me if I had stolen the car. They asked me for the pink slip, registration, prooof of insurance, driver's license, and pay check stub. also they wanted me to call a witness who was present during the purchase. the white officer said "how can a person like you be driving a car like this without making payments?", I asked him what he meant by "A person like me" but he did not answer. he proceeded to ask me if i was there to buy or sell drugs, buy or sell my body, if i had any weapons or dead bodies in the car and if i had smoked marijuana in college. this went on for 45 minutes. after he checked my background - clear, my registration, clear and current, my insurance, current, talked with my witness, and could not find anything on me, he thanked me for my cooperation and left. Huh?

So if the lawyer finds out his defendent is lying than he can drop the case. How is that procedure done? I mean does he still have to go to court and tell the judge during the case, or does he write the judge a letter saying that he does not want to defend his defendent.

If a reserve soldier recieves a ticket in the civilian life how will it affect his/her promotion in the Military.
The ticket was an MIP (minor in possesion of alcohol) If he/she meets all of the court's requirements can it affect the serviceperson's Military promotion? Does the Military even need to be told?

My husband I are planning to get pregnant next year with our first child. We do not want my husband's mother to gain guardianship ever since she is unstable.

We would like my parents to be guardians if we should die. We also want a will that dispurses our property, money and other belongings.

Is there any templates that we can do this for free and have it notarized?

What are the laws on this in California?
