Section 43.530, RSMo., would permit the release of criminal history record information to persons who are interested in obtaining an individual's criminal history information.

A search can be processed with name, date of birth and social security number for a fee of five dollars ($5.00). A response to a name search would provide only a "possible match" based on the search criteria of the person in question. The Criminal History Record Request Form is available on this web site, or you can contact the Division direct at the mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number listed on the Home Page for the Criminal Records and Identification Division (CRID).

if you search the internet you might be able to find it in public records but im not sure if missouri will have that set up. but otherwise contact the police station or head of the county. thats all i can think of. or if you really badly want to know you could contact the state department and ask them. you would have to use a phonebook or the internet to find which department to talk to and a phone number for it
