good call, Pancha. i think when people hear "25 million illegals" they flip.......i don't think they realize that there are goddamn near 300 million people in the USA, so actually, the number of illegals is pretty small.

How would that actually have any bearing on the crime at hand. And up until recently, in most jurisdictions, they were not allowed to check for those things. I recall seeing a Cops episode once where a male from a Caribbean country claimed he had diplomatic immunity, but had no papers or anything. Not even a license. Did they check on the show to see if he was illegal? No.
I personally don't really like Cops, and don't watch it much, but I suppose it is entirely possible they might arrest one. Depends on the jurisdiction the episode took place in.

I don't watch Cops, but in all honesty, many media outlets do NOT report on the immigration status of criminals. Only through research will you find whether or not a criminal is an illegal alien.

Some scary stats....1 in 6 Arizona prisoners are Mexican citizens....In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding homicide warrants and 60 percent of outstanding felony warrants are for illegal aliens.

American taxpayers are paying for the crimes of the 8,000 convicted aliens not yet caught and the incarceration costs of those who have been.

That adds up to more than $1 billion a year — in just the states that border Mexico.

In MOST cities, the cops don't separate or even ask if someone is here illegally. I think that is a big problem. Here in Cali, the police department says they don't have the resources to do the job of the Federal Govt. It is the job of the feds, not the local police departments to determine the legality of a person. I think you were trying to make the point that there are no illegals on cops, that isn't necessarily true. Police officers just aren't in the business to ask. Makes it a mute point.

But ... what does that have to do with anything? These shows are edited ... they show what episodes they want to show ... they don't show EVERYTHING they shoot (no pun intended) .... Have you ever seen a Cop show with illegal Germans? Or legal ex Norwegians? Or anything else like that? And yet I'm sure there are criminals in that group too ... so what IS your question?

Oh I watch it a week!! i will't trust no individual is keeping that's Clay. that is so glaring.. - He wears eco-friendly each and each and every of the time, and stands out large-time - He continually talks Mark out of trusting his alliance(s) - remember Bobby?! - In that "egocentric/Selfless" competition, Clay's crew received, and he did not even allow absolutely everyone else talk - Victoria became wondering about who to come back to a decision on for the exemption card, Kristin became struggling with - or attempting to - for it, and he suggested "i have by no potential had one in the previous" fairly quick!! Too quick!! - MOLE!! :) also on Monday in the course of the Recap episode, the announcer suggested - "Did the Mole scouse borrow Exemption faraway from Victoria".. Now why ought to he even say that... there have been 2 communities. Clay is the MOLE! :)

You want a good laugh ? A long time ago I saw an episode where this white girl lived with this guy and her mother called the cops on him and told them he beat her up and he was illegal. When the cops arrested him he just kept crying "Lorena,Lorena, ayudame, Lorena." The girl was crying, the mother was happy. Me and my ex- husband couldn't stop laughing, this episode had to be the funniest one I had ever seen.

I was under the impression that they couldn't ask if they were illegal.....but anyways they might not come out and say they are illegal, but I have seen plenty of hispanics that can't speak English on there, so I'm wondering were they ILLEGAL or just to damn lazy to learn English??!! You tell me..........

They don't show illegals being busted on cops, because Mexicans would accuse them of prototyping, cause Mexicans are all a bunch of whiners.
