i've heard mixed answers about this. i want to know if i qualify. i've been paying into unemployment for 5 years. I have to move next monthe because my husband finished his contract with the military and now we can't afford to stay here where he was stationed. His state of residence is Louisiana and mine is here, we've been married for 2 and a half years. I am just trying to find a real answer and some solid resources.

Problem governments are often dealt with by the world community by passing economic sanctions and discouraging visits to that country for tourism reasons etc. I don't believe that this really works and in the end the people that really suffer from the imposition of sanctions are the citizens of the country ... an example that comes to mind is Iraq. What are your views on this and are there any other ways the world community can deal with problem governments ? Thanks.
