Contact the Social Security administration. They are the agency that will administer you social security, assuming it lasts into your retirement. But start there. They have records of your employers and their contribution to your SS benefits.

You can request a record of earnings from Social Security. This will list what you and any employer have contributed into your SS account to date.

From your own resources the only way to get a work history for yourself is to make a resume.

You don't remember where you worked? You can always call the IRS and get your records I guess...
