no you cant divorce her but since she was being such a ....... i would stay married w/ her get your citzenship and then divorce her

Don`t listen to all this hoodlums giving you crazy questions. These fools are what gives us Americans a bad name. It doesn`t matter how long have you been married, what matters is if " you have become a Permanant Resident " or Not. If you have , you don`t have to be married to a cheating spouse, you can still become a U.S. citizen, it might take you a little longer, but as long as you have your Green Card, you should be alright. Don`t pay no attention to these nuts, they are so ignorant they don`t even know that their familes are also immigrants at some time.If anybody, this country WAS a home to Red Indians.But we still have some people who hate themselves , so they hate everybody else.You just gotta live with it. This is the GREATEST country in thw world, but not ALL of us are so Great and BRIGHT..

that's what i would do too. stay married to her until you get your full green can and then divorce her butt. Shoot you might as well. that's what the rest of the world does when they want to come here. They stay married until they become legal and then give there husbands or wives the old boot.
I know someone is going threw that stuff right now. there together but there not together. sad but true.
